After a few hours of riding, I made my way to the bar for a quick lunch stop. Miguel provided spectacular service. If you're with a group, I recommend a molcajete.

I stayed in The Village for a recent work trip and didn't book dinner for our last night since we hadn't made up our minds on where to eat. Tremigo ended up being the only spot a few of us hadn't tried yet and since we had gluten-free teammates, Mexican food felt like a solid option. We were a group of 16 and really wanted to sit together, so getting a same-day reservation for a private group felt like a long shot. But I decided to swing by Tremigo anyway to ask. They asked me to fill out their online form, and within minutes, I got a call from the owner, Rachel, who helped sort everything out quickly and seamlessly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we arrived, the outdoor setup was beautiful -- we had our own private space and a special group menu.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Most of us ordered the fajitas and they were a huge hit! Everyone kept commenting on how good the food was and how tasty the drinks were. The team had an awesome time, and I really appreciated how accommodating Rachel and the staff were on such short notice. Would absolutely come back again. Thank you Rachel and team for making our last night in so memorable!

Been coming up to Palisades for years and never really took the time to go to any of the bars or restaurants here. Living in Reno, I usually just head back to eat dinner in Reno to save a lot of $$$. But I was in the mood for a margarita so I jumped on yelp and looked for Cadillac. Margarita. And this place popped up. Moose was my perfect bartender. The margarita was perfect, a nice side touch, I told him I didn't like a real sour margarita and he added some Pea Flower Honey to the margarita. It turned the margarita purple, lol. It did sweeten up the margarita and gave it a nice little flare. Though I could not tell if the honey was special at all. Apparently, they boil the flowers from a pea plant and add simple syrup to make the honey, and this makes it purple. I really enjoyed the margarita here and I'm going to bring my wife back to have some of their fresh seafood as the prices are quite reasonable considering it's in a resort area.

Pretty solid Mexican restaurant! We shared a large bowl of the chicken tortilla soup - it was huge! Like a small crock pot size! Very flavorful with lots of chicken and ingredients. Also shared the chicken and asada fajitas - also great flavor. Only wish the soup had come out first rather than all at the same time. Server was friendly - he was doubling as the bartender the night we came in so was hustling. I would eat here again for sure.

Met a friend for a drink! I had what she was having, which was a blackberry margarita. I've never had one... but I like berries and I'm OK with margaritas, so gave it a go. It was good. We had other things to do so didn't stay too long... but [[HIGHLIGHT]]cute place, good vibe and friendly service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I definitely won't hesitate to drop by again when I'm in the area.

Food was good. The chips and salsa were excellent, the chips were five star by themselves! The enchiladas were tasty and well made. My wife's tacos tasted fresh and were spicy! On a Thursday at 5:50 we waited about 15 mins for a table and a family of four walked in. They were seated very quickly and we were told they couldn't seat two of us at a bigger table so they sat the family first. Normally, I'd understand but we had already waited 15 mins. Total we waited 23 mins. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We waited 8 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. Service overall was slow but I'd attribute it to them being busy and having two servers I think. Friendly wait staff.

Every time I return I always order the same dish and it is always so good. I am not sure why they don't have better reviews. The food is always so fresh and comes out in a timely manner. The service and staff is always so great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had a cute younger girl that sat us outside this time, which was adorable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I always like to shop across the way, while I am waiting for my food to come out. The margaritas are always good, but not strong enough. We definitely will return and inside one of these days!

Not bad! The customer service was friendly and quick! The food was flavorful and fine for a quick meal. My kids taco plate was very generous for $12! I didn't have any of the margaritas but if you are craving tequila and mezcal, come here they have a pretty large selection. The place is festive and lively! Multiple TV screens and a separate bar for those wanting to watch a show or dine with some bartender action. If you are craving some Mexican food and don't wanna leave the village it's a great option!

Service was poor from the start They never took our dirty plates They gave me the wrong order And everyone's food came out at different times(keep in mind we all ordered the exact same thing) Overall the food was good but they lacked everywhere is 3/5 stars

Food: Taco salad-5 stars, exactly what I was looking for. Refreshing and flavorful Hard shell taco plate- 4.7 stars, shredded beef could've been more tender. It was a bit lumpy and not fully shredded, but overall was positive and given thumbs up and happy smiles. Guacamole-3 stars, just average, could've used a bit more salt. Chips were good. Cerviche- 4 stars, A bit too salty Burrito bowl with carnitas- 5 stars, had good flavor Chile relleno- 4.75, cheese inside could've been melted more, but didn't stop the plate from being licked clean. Go early for no wait. Ambiance was nice, although the booth seats are probably due for replacing since ours were all ripped. Service also was quick and friendly. *FYI- no IKON pass good discount.

The service was…read moregreat, the food was amazing, and the live music and lively atmosphere lent to the amazing experience we had. This place is busy for a reason and the wait is worth it. We came in as Walk-ins and despite the fact that there were 17 parties on the reservation list before us, we still were able to be seated and within 25 minutes. Our server Caroline was quick to get our orders in and as first time visitors, she made excellent suggestions to make our night unforgettable. To start, we had two drinks off the menu, the Whiskey Mango Foxtrot and the Spicy Cucumber Mar-tini. Both were excellent, and the marg-tini had an especially good japalepeno kick, which is what I was looking for. We're normally old fashion kind of drinkers but the Whiskey Mango Foxtrot had excellent flavor and was well balanced, with what tasted like a Tajin mango. The real star of the show was the food though. The server wasn't joking when she said the nachos are best shared with two people, and I even opted for the guacamole. The carnitas were buttery tender and the cheese sauce tasted gourmet and incredibly flavorful. I definitely recommend these! They were probably some of the best nachos I've had, and this is coming from someone that's lived in Santa Barbara for 5 years! Next up was the burrito bowl, and the first thing that comes to mind is: generous! We're used to spending $25 an entree in the city and still leaving the restaurant hungry, but not here. The chips were fresh and crispy and truly taste hand made. The birria beef was amazing and tender and flavorful, and the pickled onions and vinegar sauce was the chefs kiss on an altogether amazing dish. We're so glad to have finally made it over here! Bottom line, this restaurant is worth checking out if you're in the area. It's packed with locals every night, but don't let the long wait times dissuade you, they under-promise and over deliver. These are the best drinks and food with Mexican flare this side of the Sierras, and will become a staple during our visits to the area. If you appreciate good food, drinks, and an amazing mountain atmosphere, you owe it to yourself to put Shadyside Lounge on your short list of places to try, I know I did and the only regret I have is not coming here sooner!

Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully put together. We ordered two encharitos, one with the beef birria and one with the chicken. Both were fantastic, but if you're deciding between the two, get the beef birria. The enchilada sauce is absolutely to die for, and the rich, tender beef put it over the top. The carnitas burrito was incredibleeeee. It was packed with the perfect ratio of carnitas, beans, rice, and all the fixings, so every bite had a little bit of everything. The carnitas were cooked perfectly. It was super tender with great flavor and seasoning. I'm already craving it again. We also started with the guacamole, which was fresh, chunky, and generously portioned. For drinks, we had the House Margarita, the Scratch Cadillac, and the Smoking Gun. The margaritas were refreshing and well-balanced, but a little light on the tequila. The Smoking Gun, on the other hand, had a great spirit-to-flavor ratio. It's definitely smoky (as the name suggests), so if you're a mezcal fan, you'll probably love it (like me!). Service was great. Our waitress was young, incredibly sweet, attentive, and happy to accommodate a few special requests. Just be prepared to wait. It's a small restaurant that's clearly popular, and for good reason. The atmosphere is cute and lively, though it does get pretty loud. That didn't bother me at all, but it's worth mentioning if you're looking for a quieter dinner.

We usually prefer to restaurant-hop and have dessert somewhere else, but the meal was so good that we decided to stay and try dessert as well. The menu was an array of apps like Bao buns, guac and chips to birria beef rangoon, entree salads and burgers including a mushroom burger. They were a bit understaffed - one bartender and one server. Neither super friendly or forward with info - we had no clue on the flow or what and where to go. We figured it out, but clearly a bit of an issue. We ordered at the bar, but from a server, and then sat outside. The poke bowl, while a tad bland was hearty, filling and solid. The deep fried onions on top were a really nice touch, although I did feel like it was over the top salty - I ended up drinking like a gallon of water when I got home. The Bloody Mary was really good... so props on that drink, with a blue cheese olive and all. Overall, such a solid spot. Well designed, hip and a solid menu. I'd come again if I was in the 'hood. * bonus for some limited parking in the back lot.
