Bryan Berman became my dad's doctor when my dad was hospitalized earlier this year. This was my first time meeting him. I had been to this location a few weeks ago for my dad to get a pre office visit blood test as he takes medication for high blood pressure. The office associates where friendly & professional on both occassions with their friendly greeting and simple check-in process. After confirming who you are they have you sign-in on an electronic screen on the counter. We arrived just in time for the appointment and the wait was only 5 minutes to be called back. The usual weigh-in was done on the way to the examine room. We waited in there for a little more than 5 minutes before Doctor Berman came into the room. He was friendly, organized and professional. After greeting us he reviewed my dad's medical history getting the updated information on his current situation. My dad's chronic back pain over the past 2 years was the main discussion. It resulted from a household fall. Doctor Berman suggested a limited and promising 2 drug treatment after confirming the frequency and symptom history. I really hope this works! And nurse or assistance said can not take any more appointments today .I stated I called all day no answer and hours are still showing as open. I was sick it would have 15 min tops sinus infection possible there was 1 person ahead of me they took in as soon as I got there so only me left not happy I have been to union and florence ky little clinic never had this happen sad

I went to christ hospital and they found something on my kidney they still wanted me to go through ny dr for refferals and my dr ignored me said it was not ok to get a second opinion. I left so many messages with them and they kept saying they couldnt help me cause i went outside of st e. This practice is a joke. Last time i went off on them and they said they would call me back. This was a month ago. So i have recently switched to christ and they have already fixed my problem and got me back on track. Do NOT go to this office! I was crying in pain and they sent me home!

Dr. V listened to all of my fears and my unique particulars, it's like she kept mental notes & almost addressed any of them without a prompt. I came to her when i was 22, with child and dealing with some severe mental health issues-and she sat with me and actively listened to what i needed & addressed each thing individually while ensuring the treatment plan wouldn't affect my pregnancy. 5 star Primary care and 5 star OBGYN, She delivered all 3 of my babies, i was so blessed to have had her as a caregiver. Unlike other physicians-she provided me with a direct line of communication, 24/7 day or night she responded to me every time. Anyone is lucky to be a patient of hers:)

Hated when he retired as he was amazing (Dr.Marco). And he treated me like family and asked about mine with real interest...for over a decade my family was blessed with him caring for us. Dr. WENK is by far the closest I have found in Northern Kentucky.
