    Better customer service. They ignore the residents they do not like and do not treat all residents equally.

    We were excellent renters, always paid rent on time, and asked for very little over more than a…read moredecade in the home! But RPM-Wasatch service became non-existent over the years. As another renter noted, we also had 4 water-shut-off notices and 1 shut-off (when we were away on vacation and weren't there to intervene) in the span of a year, because RPM-Wasatch didn't pay the bill on time! RPM-Wasatch did not act in good faith on several occasions (repairing front door, replacing a dishwasher, A/C repair in the hottest month of summer, removal of dead trees that were a fire hazard). They would announce a handyman coming over to check something in the house with less than 24-hours notice, and then no one would show up. The last time the guy showed up for 60 seconds, handed me a furnace filter that was the wrong size, and when I inquired about him checking smoke alarms (which we were told he'd be doing) he said "I don't have time." After moving, because we'd had enough, we waited the requisite 30 days and then inquired about our security deposit return and they still haven't given it back or provided a list of costs for which they are holding back the deposit, which is against Utah State Law! Btw, we left the house is great shape, paying $1,000 for cleaning and carpet cleaning to make sure they couldn't come back on us with some BS excuse not to return our deposit. Yet, here we are 32 days later with no recourse. So, I will make it my mission to tell anyone who will listen not to work with RPM-Wasatch. Footnote: When we returned our keys to their place of business during normal business hours upon move-out (their mandate), their front door was LOCKED! Not only is it a violation of OSHA standards to lock an exit route during business hours, but it told me all I needed to know... this business is so worried about angry tenants/owners coming in that they keep their doors locked during the day!

    Stay away. Communication is non-existent. They never responded to our attempts to ask questions or…read morevoice concerns, even after multiple attempts to follow up. Issues with the property are not addressed in a timely matter, if they are at all. Our swamp cooler has been out all summer. I've had to call to follow up with maintenance requests to fix it and been told that the office will deal with it during normal office hours. With over 100 degree weather and two small children this is completely unacceptable. In the winter we reported that ice was building up on the inside of the windows but again, nothing was done.
