They are well known for their brunch, but we stopped in for the lunch service. It was quite crowded when we got there, but we were able to be seated right when we arrived. They have a fairly large menu filled with all sorts of Mexican dishes, all the ones that we tried fantastic. I chose the chicken pool because it was the only new one for me. Was raised in San Diego and live in Los Angeles so most of the dishes on the menu I can find back at home but the pinup was a new one for me and I really loved it. The restaurant location is very walkable and is in the outer ring of the city center aka Plaza de Armas. Is easy to walk to the farmers market in the center courtyard or to one of the other many shops close by. I would definitely recommend to anyone to stop here when visiting Valladolid and I will definitely be back next time I am in the area.

My husband usually gets a whole fried fish, but none were available on our last visit so he tried the fish fajitas instead. They were fresh and delicious. I tried the chile relleno and it was one of the best I've had anywhere, which is saying a lot because I love a good chile relleno. The chips and pico de gallo were also fresh and hard to stop eating. And the margaritas are always great. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they have several folks that speak English when out limited Spanish isn't enough. We definitely think it's worth a stop and recommend giving it a try.
