My Trademark was filed with additional codes I didn't need by an attorney prior to Trevor. In this case there is nothing you can do but fit the descriptions of the codes filed in order to obtain final approval from the USPTO. I considered throwing in the hat and starting all over again. I found Trevor via mutual client, and after reading a few of his reviews on Yelp and on Google, I thought: "what kind of man has a PERFECT five star score after 50 Yelp reviews?? What type of sorcery is this?" Nope - no sorcery, and yep Trevor just is that good. I had been working under a simple DBA for a couple years, made the decision to incorporate and having read one ENTIRE self help book on corporate law I was of course an expert so I was hesitant to employ someone for that which I could effortlessly do myself. (yes, that's sarcasm, for those in the back) I worked on my bylaws for months; going back and forth between the bylaws and articles - changing this or that, rephrasing the legalese as best as I knew how, tediously researching each word one by one as I sludged through the process. (yeah I know sludged is not technically a word, but it feels so right) The realization that I needed help was not an acute apprehension - I would say it was more of a dull, painful brooding like walking with a thorn in your shoe for miles before finally realizing you can simply stop and remove the thorn.
