After the work was supposedly completed, I later had my oil changed and was informed there was still an oil leak coming from the same area. Concerned, I brought my car back to this shop to have them take another look. Instead of properly reevaluating the issue, they told me nothing was wrong with the valve cover gasket and claimed the leak was coming from something else. This didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic. The second mechanic confirmed that the leak was in fact coming from the valve cover gasket, the exact issue I originally paid this shop to fix. This means the problem was either not repaired correctly or not addressed at all. It's frustrating to spend money on a repair, only to be dismissed when you return with a legitimate concern. I expected accountability and a willingness to stand behind their work, but instead I was given incorrect information and no real resolution. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
