We spent a lot of time and money trying and we jumped through every hoop asked of us. I'm so disappointed in Jennifer Zenere and the fact that she could not even provide my employment verifications to me to help us possibly save the home we were trying to buy. Our whole household was really hurt over this process and there was zero concern. The employment verifications could have helped us close on our house and she ignored our request and our lenders request further extending the process. She really got our hopes up and put us through a lot of unnecessary stress. Every day there was something new to do and we completed all of the tasks just to be treated like we meant nothing. It's a bad way to do business and I hope no one ever has to experience this because it has really took a lot out of me and my family mentally and emotionally. Very poor customer service and over all lack of appreciation for the people that invested their money and time into them. As soon as she couldn't close the loan she completely ghosted everyone involved and that was unprofessional. They blame corporate and state if in fact they were paid twice, a refund would be issued, probably not !!! They quoted me a $19 a year increase in my liability coverage to go to $500K, but the bill came and it was a $43 a year increase. No EXPLANATION !!! When did CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAVE THE INSURANCE BUSINESS ??? Must be nice not having to respond to customers complaints, and only take their premiums. Looking for a new agent, or at least one that provides genuine customer service. Will be reaching out to STATE FARM HQ to file a complaint as well.
