John is as good as they get when it comes to mortgage brokers. We've used John multiple times and every time there were no surprises with John. The same goes for others that we've referred to John. Everyone has nothing but positive experiences with him. John is easy to talk to and easy to work with. What John says, he does. John is a real person, not a salesman type. When we bought our most recent home a few years ago, we constantly heard of others who had their home purchase delayed because the mortgage company required more time, required more documentation, etc... John told us what he needed from us, set a date he would have our loan finalized by and was true to everything he said. I could tell our realtor was skeptical at first but as time went on she became a believer.
