I purchased two motorcycle tires to be replaced, then was referred to the service department. I was told that if I brought the motorcycle in, that changing the tires (that I had purchased from them) would cost $304.00 If I took the tires off, it would cost $50.00 per tire plus a $10.00/tire disposal fee unless I wanted to keep the old tires. This seemed a bit high, but not as crazy as $304 so I went home and spent 10 minutes removing the tires. Disappointing and amazing that they wanted $100 each to take the bolt off and remove the tire. I was told they would call me when the tires were ready. I was not contacted by them, so nearly a week later I called and the tires were ready. When I picked them up, I was also charged for two new tubes that I did not ask for so the total cost of having them put the two tires on that I had already bought from them with tax was about $145.00. Very sad to see this shop turn to these tactics. At one time they were a nice place to get service. I think they must have new owners. I upped this rating to a 2 because in all fairness the parts dept seemed decent and did call me when my tires had arrived. I have not worked with the sales department so I cannot comment on that part of the business. The problem is with the service department.

I almost went under the water with my baby . Also a baby in the class threw up in the pool and not much was done so we left the class early because I didn't feel like it was sanitary that they had us stay in the pool. Also they give the tiny babies little toys and they were chewing on the toys and then they wanted us to have the babies swap toys which I didn't think was sanitary. We didn't feel like there was much instruction or help at all I never really even spoke to the instructor the two classes we did take because she was so busy . It's also in the backyard of Someones house. No signs to point you where to go .We decided to just not attended the last two classes and just take a loss as far as the money we spent.

My daughter had dozens of lessons in Seattle and it was all play and not many skills came out of it. My son did 2 sessions which consists of lessons 5 days a week for half an hour. After 4 weeks he is confident in the water. Skills he's learned are nose bubbles, water bobbing, getting out of the water without steps, and floating. My daughter did one session with Hannah and she has gained so much confidence! She can swim on her own! It's been great to see her progress. She now understands how to breath underwater, dive, and can swim a lap in the deep end! Lessons are held outside at a private residence. The pool is kept clean. There is no overpowering chlorine smell which is nice. There is plenty of seating for parents. There is a restroom accessible for kids/parents that is connected to the house but accessible from outside. They offer mommy and me, preschool, core, and swim team classes. The description of each class is listed on their website and is accurate. Group, semi private, and private lessons.They do have multiple classes at the same time but at no time did I feel like another class was distracting from what my kids were learning. Class sizes are kept small. My son did group and semi private and they were equally great. The prices are very reasonable. Its truly priceless to see your child learning water safety and how to properly swim. I highly recommend!

This place came up and so we earmarked it as an activity we definitely wanted to try. 2. I'm so glad we followed through w going because the owners (Valerie and Landon) were very welcoming and great. Landon was quick to show us the proper posture for right/left handed people, which was awesome bcuz we have both. 3. The shop is neat and unique. I've never been to an axe throwing place and this location set the standard high. When you first arrive you must sign a waiver. Their COVID-19 precautions are unmatched. You must wear a mask at all times and all the equipment is sanitized. In fact, Landon wore gloves anytime he was going to teach us techniques as to avoid possible contamination. I very much appreciated that level of respect. 4. The best part is that they have various sized axes which keeps making things interesting. My favorite was for sure the star. We then decided to play competitive games and they were nice enough to keep score for us. We had an amazing family outing and will definitely be back when we visit again. Super friendly people and such a fun activity to enjoy w family, friends or a date night. Thanks for the hospitality! There's also a taco truck right outside this business in case you build an appetite...and they're very tasty!
