Tried to deposit my spare change that was counted already by a counting machine I had. They said they don't count it but do deposits by the coin slips already made. Ugh, yeah right it's just them being lazy. Other issue is if they don't have a machine to count them then they need to UPGRADE from being a lousy bank without a coin counting machine; plus, if they don't count... couldn't they just weight them?? Duh! For the amount of the change slips that they weight. Along will add to this review, i'm sure they are going to weight them eventually. If not, they do have a machine, to truly know how much they are worth in the back of some sort. Unless, they DON'T!; Which will make them literally, IDIOTS. P.S. Free Speech. If triggered, go home. I got all items returned and tried again and it did the same thing. I was turned away and told they could not exchange around $700 worth of smaller bills for bigger bills. So now I'm mad. Goularte over the phone if my mom had an account with the bank and she said no. When we went into the bank my mom requested that me, her only son be added to the account she did actually have. She said the systems were down and I have to fill out the information including my security questions and answers on a paper form. I asked why would they do that, she got flustered about it. She said the systems were down and they would have to add the information later and call us back to sign. Meanwhile they were calling the police to report me as as a person trying to take advantage of my own mother. I am currently on two of her other account with other banks in case of emergencies, like she becomes incapacitated. They then took my mom in a room questioned her and still allowed the cops to detain and harass me and my 77 year old mom after she said she wanted to add me. The cops harassed me some more and made us feel terrible if we were criminals. The cops also said they were going to open an investigation with adult protective services all because of what these bank employees lied about. I said lets get the camera footage out, but they refused. I called Julie the executive VP and she apologized for the false claim, but the employees were following policy. Well, I guess their policy is to have people write security questions in plain text on a piece of paper and call the cops immediately if their super wizard bank employees "Feel" something is wrong. I suggest you stay away from this bank. I am in cybersecurity and this is all wrong on so many levels. Just as an update 2-18-2026: My Mother closed her account today. She spoke to Marissa at the bank over the phone and said are you going to harass and call the police again if we go into the bank to close my account and after being on hold for an extended wait marissa said she was not sure if they would call the police. Eventually, Pinky Somel the customer service manager got on the phone and said I her son was not allowed in the bank. I took my mom to the bank and she closed her account. They never pick up the phone at the branch and they are not busy, however standing around doing nothing is more important. Pinkey and Teresa lied to the police and possibly upper management, because I questioned the security policies.

Since he passed Tri-county locked the account and is putting them through the ringer. No one lives in Patterson, they incorrectly interpret the trust documents, and generally just make this hard expecting everyone to show up together during the week (no Saturday hours).
