I have a cousin that lives in McGregor Nursing home and she Cannot Walk. This last week her Mother passed away and she needed transportation to attend the Viewing. On Friday, 12/13/24, Penn Medical transport picked up my cousin from McGregor to take her to the viewing. She rode alone with the driver. No family members were with her. On the way back from the Viewing of her Mother, the driver had an accident. My Cousin fell out of the Electric Wheelchair on to the floor of the Van & the Electric Wheelchair Fell on Top of her. WHY? Because the driver was negligent and DID NOT STRAP Her in. She now has Broken Bones in her Ankle & has a Cast on. **And not able to attend her Mom's Funeral on 12/21/24.

this is a horrible place. my mom who was recovering from covid..84 yrs old was left in a diaper,…read more she was raw. my friend who is there now...is dilerious ...has fallen several times....doesn't get meds for her broken arm on a regular basis...breakfast consists of oatmeal with nothing on it...not even milk. this woman is a medical person who knows her stuff....they need to close this place we transported my mom out to hillcrest where she did a complete recovery

My mom would ring her bell to get help several times and no one would come she would have to yell to get help. She would be soiled for hours with no help. The director was super unprofessional as well he hung up on me when I was expressing my concerns. The staff give zero f**ks. And as soon as her insurance wasn't putting out enough they wanted her out as soon as possible and tried to send her home with none of her equipment there yet. Every time we would visit the stench was horrible you could see residents in dirt clothing and it was messy.
