Dr Forbes is solid & you can 100% trust his opinions & confidently know that you are in excellent hands! [[HIGHLIGHT]]His staff is dedicated & very friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have never had to wait more than a few min for my appts. He replace BOTH my hips! And I was thrilled w the results. I also loved that he said as long as I walked everyday - PT would t be necessary- I was 54 for my right hip & 56 for for the right side. I feel great & have had NO pain since he worked his magic! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plus I when I needed to speak to him for anything, he is reliable & call.s you back![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm happy to give him 5 stars - well deserved! Highly recommend Dr Aaron Forbes !!! Make an appt & don't hesitate - the longer you wait to have your hips fixed the worse the pain becomes . I have 2 scars in the front & with a little vitamin E oil, you can barely kn notice e that they're there! 4 stars all the way!

At my first visit Dr Wittig was so caring and explained in full detail all about the type of tumor I had and exactly what he would do to remove it and make sure I didn't experience a recurrence. He performed a resection using a bone graft from my hip along with a metal plate and screws. His incredible skill, truly hands of gold are the reason my tumor never came back. Beyond his surgical expertise, Dr. Wittig is compassionate, generous, and genuinely cares about his patients. Even all these years later, he still remembers me and my case. We went to every world class hospital in the region including the Hospital for Special Surgery and every doctor we met with said amputation was the only answer. After two complex surgeries, my husband's knee was back to normal, with no pain - and just two very light front and back scars. Years later, when my husband was diagnosed with an incurable and rare bone marrow cancer, Dr. Wittig made it possible for Tom to join an investigational drug trial, which dramatically slowed the cancer down adding another 7 years to his life. Ultimately Tom was infected by Covid 19, and passed away as a result. When we were fighting Covid, Dr. Wittig was instrumental in ensuring we had the information and resources - including personal connections to top doctors - which also added a year to Tom's life. Among his many other attributes, Dr. Wittig is professional, kind, accessible, joyful, innovative, and compassionate. His team followed his lead - the culture he created was one unlike I've ever seen in medicine.

I had my mri on disc with me but she refused to even look at it. She summarily dismissed me after waiting 4 HOURS TO BE SEEN and I never saw the surgeon just the PA. I am now seeing surgeons for adult scoliosis surgery. I guess my scoliosis curve didn't show up on her lousy x-ray. That's a 45 degree curve mind you! Talk about incompetence. I have never seen a PA without seeing the surgeon too. Now my curve is worse than when I went to the Advanced Spine Center. I guess their name really means we won't help you unless your spinal deformity is so advanced that you can barely walk. What a huge miss. How AI keeps generating this practice as a top option for adult scoliosis surgery must be a glitch of some sort. It can't be for real. And what kind of sense does it make to have your patients who are in excruciating pain wait 4 hours to SEE THE PA NOT EVEN THE SURGEON! I did ask a couple of times while I was waiting how much longer it would be and the really rude receptionist kept saying "it shouldn't be much longer". I guess I'm the idiot for believing her. I would have left but I had already invested so much time in waiting, I was sure if I left it would have been just that minute before they called my name. So I stayed. If you're being referred to this group I have to wonder who referred you and how much confidence you should have in that referring physician if they think these guys are really great. Trust me these guys pale by comparison to the truly competent surgeons out there. I MOST CERTAINLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

He works at a clinic with several other specialists. I decided to schedule an appointment in Morristown since it was my 1st visit, it was highly suggested that I visit the clinic that has technicians available to do X-rays and there's also a radiology center in case if we need to order a MRI. I like this location very much since every specialist is in reach and there's complimentary flavored coffee in the suite. However for Starbucks lover like myself, there's Starbucks in the 1st floor as soon as you enter the building. There's also plenty of parking and they also open on Saturdays. Getting back to Dr. McInerary, I wish I was referred to him earlier. He is nice, well mannered and seems very knowledgeable. He referred me to pt in Hackensack on rt 17 for aqua therapy. I'm am schedule to see him in 2 months in the Clifton office since it's much closer to home. He does work in the evenings in Clifton which is perfect for folks who work during the day. I'm also very impressed with the whole clinic. I was told they treated NFL Jets and NJ Devils team. The staffing in Morristown location is friendly and professional.

She scheduled me for the following Monday at 1:15pm and gave me an appointment card indicting the date and time of my appointment. I took another half day off the following Monday and arrived at 12:30. This time I was told that they had no record of my appointment. They in fact went as far as telling me that I had no-showed my previous appointment. It was only after I gave them the reason why we had to reschedule and showed them the appointment card that they admitted the female employee had seemingly not entered the information from my previous and current appointment in the computer. They asked me to wait so that they could fit me in as soon as possible. I indicated that I had to pick up my son from school at 4:15 and thus I couldn't stay if I was not admitted within a couple of hours but they assured me I would be done long before that. After waiting until 3:00 and still with no sign of me being called in I requested my prescription back. I gave a physical description of the woman who had scheduled me for that day and showed them the card, asking whose handwriting it was, but no one seemed able or willing to identify her. As a result I have now lost 2 half-days from work (not to mention I had to wait an extra 2+ hours before it being confirmed that I would not be seen that day) due to the incompetence of their schedulers when making appointments and I still haven't even had my MRI done. Perhaps they should raise the requirements for hiring schedulers beyond (barely) speaking English in order to ensure that appointments are honored. After about 2 weeks, all correspondence to them regarding this is still going unanswered with not so much even a call back for an apology or rationalization of their incompetent schedulers.

Our road to answers started with her pediatrician. Then PT, chiropractors, massage therapy and a spine clinic. Several x-rays and MRIs later, nobody had the correct diagnosis for her and none of the treatments they told us to try gave any relief. Fed up with the system we looked toward one more medical professional, an osteopath. We met with him and within seconds he showed concern with the extreme curve in her spine. He ordered another x-ray and 3 views on an MRI. He diagnosed her with Scheuermann's Kyphosis. Basically her spine was caving in on itself. He was not confident in the abilities of the professionals in our state (neither were we) and suggested we search elsewhere for a surgeon. We researched the disorder and Dr.'s that treat this and found Dr. Lowenstein. We asked our osteopath for help ensuring this was a good place to go and he told us to get her there ASAP. We scheduled a telehealth visit because we are 5 hours away. I sent Dr. Lowenstein everything from the prior 6 years. His staff was amazing (shout out to Victor)! He confirmed her diagnosis and told us she had a 94 degree curve in her spine with the normal person's curve being 40 degrees. We went forward with an 8 hour surgery and every step of that day was nerve wracking, but we were met with the most amazing team we could have hoped for. The OR staff, PICU staff and Ped's staff could not have done anything to make us feel more at ease and comfortable while we were away from home. My daughter is 6 months post surgery and feels better than she ever has since she this all started. She is pain free with a 44 degree curve and 2 inches taller!! She leaves for college this coming fall and we can send her knowing she will focus on studies and fun instead of any pain in her back. Dr. Lowenstein changed her life and ours as well. He is our hero among the medical field and deserves all the accolades that come his way. Thank you does not seem enough so I hope this review helps the team understand how grateful we are. Kindest regards. The Lucas family
