The spot paint job that they attempted to conceal as grown into an eyesore on the hood. They didn't take the time to check the oil. They put the wrong oil in the car. They sure did accept the cash payment though and the form of a check awfully quickly. They're simply greasers indicative of the car salesperson stereotype. Their response to phone calls specific to any issues was very derelict. I actually helped to write an EEOC complaint against them for a colleague. She won the dispute. I'll never be back.

What was promised was not delivered, and any attempt to resolve the situation was met with excuses and avoidance. If you're considering doing business here, I strongly urge you to read their other reviews carefully--you'll start to see a pattern. This is exactly the kind of experience people associate with the worst stereotypes of used car salesmen. They assured me they could clean it up and make it shine again. They did make it shine, however there were deep scratches ALL OVER the trim around the base of the windows! The bad thing about it, my car still had new tags on it, I had just purchased it. Even worse, they never said a word about it. Partly my fault because I didn't do my due diligence in looking at it really good, but the guy that did it, and you know who you are, he knows he scratched it up and should have owned up to it. Honestly, if he would have, they would have a loyal customer for life.
