It was actually quite impressive to watch these guys work. The tree surgeon was always in constant communcation with the crane operator. At first, I was quite nervous watching a huge tree branch dangling over my home as it was brought from the back yard to the front, but after the first few rounds - it was awe-inspiring to watch and was obvious these guys were true professionals. During the job, there was minor damge to one of our roof shigles. We were informed that they had already contacted a roofer and was schedled to come out the very next day to replace/repair at no charge to us. They proactively provided the solution to the problem. When Marnie saw the review , she immediately reached out and was very apologetic for the work that was done as it was not up to the high standards they set and have produced in the past. She plans to immediately remedy the problems and knowing they are more then capable of doing a great job we have removed our review and given them 5 stars for being so proactive in solving our problems.
