I rarely write reviews for any company but I'm making an exception in this case. I had a couple of…read morelarge trees that were old and in pretty bad shape very close to my house. With the crazy weather and high winds we've been having it was time for them to come down and after talking with Tim during the estimate process I knew TB Tree Service was who I wanted to do the job. Tim and his top notch crew were exceptional and the equipment they use is impressive as well . There wasn't a lot of room for them to work but their precision in cutting large sections of the trees and using a crane to swing them over the house to their huge chipper machine was something you had to see to believe. They did all this with safety being their #1 priority and without the slightest bit of damage to my yard or landscaping (and I'm exceptionally picky). To top it all off, cleanup was done so well that the only evidence that major tree work had been done is that the trees are gone - not a stray branch, wood chips of even a leaf remained. Incredible job and I'd highly recommend TB Tree Service to anyone that needs tree work done!

I originally received a handwritten quote of $5,000. After waiting over a week and following up…read moremultiple times, I was never put on the schedule. Eventually, the price increased to over $7,000. I've attached the original handwritten quote on the back of the business card to show the discrepancy. This experience reinforced the importance of getting everything clearly in writing. Since posting this review, the owner has contacted me several times, stating that this "should have been handled man-to-man." I found that framing unnecessary and unprofessional, especially given that the review reflects my actual experience. Due to recent threats of legal action over my original opinion, I have been documenting communications and recording calls. I'm comfortable standing by the factual details of what occurred. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company. Protect yourself and make sure you get written estimates.

Today is June 25, 2025 and I had Grasshopper come out to my house for the second time to remove…read moretrees. Had a great experience with them the first time so decide to hire them again. These are hard-working guys they took down four pine trees and a relatively big maple tree in about 3 1/2 hours. That also includes cleanup, which I feel like each time they've been to my house they've gone above and beyond for cleanup, which is really nice. Anytime I've ever called grasshopper they've answered their phone and been to my house to give me a quote within two days. I had multiple companies come out here and some of the quotes were outrageous. I think Phil does very fair business and if you're looking for a tree service company, I would highly recommend having grasshopper give you a quote.

R&B Tree Service did an excellent removing a large tree (over 50 feet tall) that had been damaged…read morein a wind storm. They also removed trees and trimmed tree branches away from our garage. Fair price, quick service and immaculate clean up. Rocco was professional and went above and beyond to protect our barn, garage and lawn from damage while they worked. He checked in frequently to point out trouble areas and make sure we were on the same page on what was being removed. I highly recommend this company.
