I was asking him questions about a fire arm that I was looking at for several months. I was being respectful, but it seemed like he was frustrated with working. I think what broke his back was when I asked him why they were selling for more than another store. He stated that the manufacture tell them what price they can sell it at. I have been buying Guns my whole life I know the manufacture tells the lowest they can sell it for, but when another small gun store has is 100.00 dollars lower than you and also a big chain store has it 100.00 dollars cheaper than you. Its not the manufacture its you. Please under stand I did pay for more than I should of but I was going to range the next day so I needed it. I think with all that said the worst part of it was when the sales associate if I wanted or not. I rebuttal that with asking if he gave military discounts and he said Yeah with a attitude. I Told him no and I just left. I then came back a few minutes later and got another sales associate and just bought it. He was giving me some pretty bad looks. So I am telling this because service skills are very important.
