I can't say enough good things about Bunker Hill Dentistry. I lost my front tooth crown in a car accident the Thursday right before Memorial Day weekend, and with most dental offices closed Friday through Monday, I was dreading spending the entire weekend without a tooth. Thankfully, I found Dr. Le. They got me in first thing Friday morning, and I walked out with a temporary crown that honestly looks as good as, if not better than, my previous permanent one. STAY AWAY! Places like this that only care about payment and money is at the heart what's wrong with America. Do not support places like these if you value America! They were very rude and unprofessional. After verifying my insurance was accepted here, they told me it was not and that I had to leave!! They did not care about any of my questions or concerns, only payment. Very cringe. Not even a simple question of what tooth paste I should use was answered. Pathetic. AVOID THE DENTIST! Went to this office for a severe toothache. He issued antibiotics and an inflammatory. 24 hours later and zero pain relief. Went back and asked for a pain med that would work. Dr.Le and his team have drastically changed my life for the better. I've always struggled with self-esteem due to my crooked teeth (I'm talking a crazy large gaps at the front). I don't even have a "before" picture to upload because I never smiled with my teeth before coming here. I've been to multiple dentists who have all turned me down for Invisalign/alignment trays - stating I would have to get the traditional wire braces instead, telling me I'm not a good candidate. I'm borderline for gum disease and have to maintain a strict schedule of frequent cleanings and was hesitant to go with wire braces - I didn't feel confident in maintaining my gums with the wire braces. I came to Dr.Le for a simple cleaning, but he and his team took the time to ask me about what goals I had for my teeth and I mentioned that I was self conscious about my appearance. I expected to be told that if I wanted to straighten my teeth, I would have to do wire braces; to my surprise, I was offered Invisalign! I was hesitant since I had been turned down so many times, but Dr. Le and his team answered all my questions patiently and explained the benefits to using Invisalign, including how it would be easier for my to keep up with my dental care for my gums. I thought I would have to do maybe 2 years of the Invisalign, but after roughly 10 months, I'm done! I kept up with the schedule and was religious about keeping my trays in. My teeth are straight and my bite has been corrected, but most importantly, I find myself smiling more and being more confident! Dr. Le is very good! I went in as his office is linked to my employer. Dr. Le's office is very clean and neat! I was greeted first by his receptionist and they were all very polite! Dr. Le did a deep cleaning and was very thorough in every step that he took. Once finished I was shown around the office where I discovered Dr. Le is a amazing photographer in addition to him being a great dentist. I had my first appointment with Dr. Le today for a routine check-up and cleaning. Dr. Le is BY FAR the best dentist I have ever been to. He spent so much time with me compared to other dentists. He is also very funny and personable. The cleaning itself was thorough and painless. He was also very honest about what did and didn't need to be done and did not try to sell me on unnecessary treatments or procedures. The office staff was also wonderful and very welcoming from the time I checked in until I walked out the door. They even brewed me a fresh espresso to take with me to go! I am a sixty-two-year-old male and over the years my teeth were chipped due to night grinding. In addition, my teeth were discolored. I decided I wanted to change my appearance because your teeth are the focus point of any face. I chose to replace all my teeth with crowns and veneers as needed. Doctor Le is very skilled in his craft and has a great personality. He upgraded all my teeth over a three-month period using Zirconium (4 veneers and 17 crowns). He works with a great lab out of Denver (German trained lab technician with years of experience) and when the crowns and veneers arrived everything fit perfectly without making any adjustments. My wife and I, love my new Hollywood smile (look natural and real). I have been told I look ten-years younger. BHD Is located in a beautiful office building ground level on the feeder next to Starbucks Memorial City Mall. I absolutely love this dental office! I've been coming to Dr. Le for about 2 years now and I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff! During my initial visit, Ann gave me a tour of the entire office which was nice because most offices don't do that. I was very comfortable knowing that the staff cared enough to show me around and explain their sanitizing and exam methods. The office is absolutely beautiful and modern (I was told Dr.Le and his wife Ann personalized every part in the office with their artistic views)! I go in every 6 months for a cleaning and every time I am greeted with happy and friendly faces. I also love that they have Saturday appointments once a month so that I can come at my own convenience. They offer whitening sessions that I have purchased once and had great results! After they moved into the building across the street I had to check them out. I hadn't found a good dentist since I moved residences a few years ago. I scheduled an appt. and was in contact with Ann who was as friendly, outgoing and reassuring as anyone could be. When I arrived for my appt. she took the time to show me around the office and explain all of the various technology they use, sanitation station (it's right in the middle of of everything so you can see that everything is thoroughly sanitized) and introduced me to the staff and dentist. I like that they use state of the art equipment. I am also a big baby and very uncomfortable at dental offices. She made me feel quite comfortable and reassured that they take every step to ensure the least amount of discomfort. With all of this said, I got an assessment of what we'll need to do and they were willing to work with my timeline (little bit every year with least out-of-pocket) to get it done. Dr. Lee and his wife Ann are charming people. I reached out to them when they owned and operated Southeast Texas Cosmetic Dentristry in Port Arthur, Texas to discuss options to improve the appearance of my teeth. I had already seen my family dentist and discussed options. I expressed a desire for cosmetic correction of coloration and relatively minor misalignment. I felt a better smile would help to increase my sales and further my career. My dentist had advised me that my teeth were in good condition, and with some whitening treatments and possible use of Invisalign braces, I would be very happy with my appearance and my original teeth would last a lifetime as they were intended to do. He seriously warned me of dentists who would try to talk me into more drastic procedures that would look good initially, but in a few years would begin to fail and break off, and in just 10 short years would leave me with a mouth full of short nubs that were remnants of my original teeth. In many cases there would be just the base and roots of the original teeth which had been ground down to gum level when the dentist couldn't get the alignment they were trying to achieve with any remaining portion of the original tooth exposed and "in his way." He told me that these dentists could be very persuasive, and the pictures they show and the sales techniques they employ, along with the luxurious and stylish design of their facility, we're intended to convince patients to consent to the most drastic resorative procedures, disregarding other less drastic yet more appropriate treatment options. These very costly procedures, which are not covered by insurance, would greatly enrich the dentist, without consideration of what was in the best long term interests of the patient. He told me that many times the dentist's staff would actually secretly pull a credit report on the patient without authorization and before treatment or financing options have been discussed, and often before the patient had even been examined, to determined if that person would be a "qualified candidate" for cosmetic enhancement. I wish I had listened to my family dentist and heeded his warning. I sit here today with the exact end result I was warned may happen. All of my front teeth broken off at the gum line with only the base and root remaining. I am told there is not even enough remaining to attach new crowns to, and (if I could afford it) would require painful surgical extractions of these remnants to even be able to implant new teeth. The side teeth that were ground down to sharp pointed nubs, the crowns having all broken off, make it almost impossible to eat without cutting into my cheek tissue every time I bite down. It is a horrible situation to be in, having paid Dr. Lee almost $15,000, I now sit at home, embarrassed to even go out in public because of my appearance. BEWARE of this charming and persuasive artist/dentist/salesman, driving his fancy car and living in his big mansion. What is in HIS best interest may not be in YOUR best interest, and in fact may cause you to face a devastating future. read more

Dr. Le is great! He is very thorough with everything he does. The first time I visited his office we took a little bit of time discussing everything I wanted him to eventually fix. He is also very thorough with his work!! When I came in to fix my fillings from a previous dentist, he took before pictures, after he took out my old fillings, and then took pictures of his work to show me his process. Some other things I love about this place is there is never a wait time, the time you schedule your appointment is the time Dr. Le will see you. Lastly, he doesn't work on multiple people at a time (which is something I used to experience all the time at my other dentist's office). read more
