That visit was a huge disappointment--they recommended multiple fillings and other procedures for my daughter that didn't seem right. I decided to drive the 30+ minutes back to this office, and I've never looked back. Dr. Harpavat is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and conservative in her approach. She never recommends unnecessary treatment and always takes the time to explain her recommendations. As a parent, that gives me tremendous peace of mind. Even more impressive, my kids actually love going to the dentist! I certainly don't remember feeling that way as a child, and I think that says a lot about the caring and welcoming environment she has created. As a microbiologist and scientist myself, I value evidence-based, ethical healthcare providers. I trust Dr. Harpavat completely with my children's dental care. I also can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lankford, who has been my dentist. Years ago, I suffered an injury that fractured my front tooth and damaged several lower teeth. Eventually, the root of the crowned front tooth became infected and could not be saved. Dr. Lankford guided me through every step of the process, referred me to an outstanding oral surgeon for my implant, and later restored it with a beautiful, high-quality crown. Throughout the entire experience, he was compassionate, supportive, and always available to answer my questions. The final result looks and feels amazing, and I couldn't be happier. His skill, honesty, and attention to detail are exceptional. Both Dr. Harpavat and Dr. Lankford are dentists I trust completely. They are knowledgeable, ethical, conservative in the best way, and genuinely care about their patients. Even though we now live in Sienna, it's absolutely worth the drive to continue seeing them. The other doctor was going to place a crown over an old filling and decays, but luckily their permanent crown broke upon seating and I was able to see Dr. Lankford for a second opinion. The nitrous was 1/3 of the cost of the other office I went to and my crown was extremely reasonably priced. I was comfortable the entire time and my coworker I referred here also relayed to me she's never felt so comfortable and at ease at a dentist. They're located off the Katy Freeway near IKEA, on the south side between Wirt and Antoine. The office shares a parking lot with Memorial Tacos, a dry cleaner, and some boutique shops. The parking lot is spacious, so parking is never an issue. Inside, everything is spotless and modern. The front desk staff are always kind, competent, and welcoming. Their hygienists are amazing -- especially Shauna, who is both personable and incredibly skilled. And both Dr. Tran and Dr. Nguyen are outstanding. They're highly competent, never push unnecessary services, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I've been coming here for years, and they've redone a few old fillings from decades ago with excellent results. I always leave feeling confident in their work -- and with a nice little goody bag! The advice they've given me over the years has actually worked, and my dental health is better because of it. I sincerely hope Dr. Tran and Dr. Nguyen keep practicing for a long time, because I'll be coming here for life -- and so will my kids when they're grown.

This unfortunately led to needing the tooth to be removed, but he was able to guide me through the process and connect me with a wonderful oral surgeon. Throughout the process, it was evident that he was closely communicating with the offices of the various sub-specialists, coordinating my care, and probably spending time outside of his normal clinical hours to do so. Dr. Hassid has a very calm, patient bedside manner. He always takes the time to explain things, in clear, simple and easy-to-understand terms, and makes sure all my questions are answered. I can tell he really cares about his patients. His office staff are also all excellent - extremely courteous, accommodating, and professional. As an example, I had an appointment with him this morning. I received a phone call that one of the staff had called in sick, and my appointment would need to be rescheduled. However, very quickly, Dr. Hassid went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate me into his schedule today, so that I could still be seen. It definitely wasn't necessary but really showed the level of commitment Dr. Hassid and his team have toward their patients. I think I'll be a patient here for a very long time.

When I came in, I scheduled during my lunch hour, and it was less than 5 minutes from the office. I loved that I got a notification reminder week of and hour before, as sometimes I tend to lose track of time. I entered into a bright lobby and was greeted promptly (by name!!!) and was checked in. The wait time wasn't long, just a couple of minutes and the dental assistant guided me back to the room. Walking through the halls, have such great lighting, great for a photo!! lol, but entered in the room, chair was super comfy and they have a tv on the chair so you are distracted for whatever dental cause brought you in! Great for those that don't like the dentist! Dr. McRay came in after getting all checked in and asked me about my sleep study and helped review over all the information in the results and explained in great detail what he was able to offer and provide me and how he is different from other devices that are used out in the industry. I was really happy with how knowledgeable he was, as well as the staff, and making me feel super comfortable with my choice and confident in moving forward. He explained all the costs upfront and what all the costs entailed, which I left feeling even more confident that I'd made the right choice. I left and took some time to think it all through and before I knew it, I was scheduling my follow up to get fitted for my mouth guard. The cool thing about their process includes some breathing tests so that they know how to make adjustments to the mouth guard and make it truly fitted for you. They sent everything off and received back in two weeks. Night one, I noticed such a huge difference in how I slept and woke up feeling so rested and less groggy. It's amazing what one thing could do to change your entire sleep cycle. It's been a few weeks now, and still loving it. I had a follow up with Dr. McRay and he is just a dream and so is the team! I received Invisalign and implant treatment from Dr. Rami Alsaleh, a general dentist who markets…read morecosmetic services. A permanent implant was placed before my Invisalign treatment was complete, and then trays were continued. This sequencing error caused a visible midline shift and asymmetry in my smile. I was never informed that this could be a permanent outcome. When I raised concerns, I was dismissed and told my midline was "within normal limits" without an in-person exam. A second opinion from a nationally and internationally accredited prosthodontist confirmed improper sequencing and lack of planning caused structural harm, not cosmetic dissatisfaction. One root canal he performed on tooth #31 failed within two years and required extraction. Tooth #19, which he also treated and retreated, is failing again and has been referred for further endodontic evaluation. A recent provider identified five additional teeth that may need root canals, eroded enamel, poor crown margins, and accelerated wear despite my attending regular appointments over four years. This prolonged pattern of overlooked issues, superficial reassurances, and inadequate follow-up has been both emotionally draining and physically harmful. It also triggered a documented MS flare-up, my first since diagnosis. There was no informed consent on foreseeable outcomes and no referral to a specialist, even though complex procedures were involved. I've reported this to the dental board and consumer protection agencies. I do not recommend this provider to anyone seeking ethical or well-coordinated care.

Unfortunately, my recent interactions with the receptionist and/or scheduler, Cindy, have led me to take my business elsewhere. During my recent phone call, Cindy was unprofessional and repeatedly interrupted me. She discouraged me from booking an appointment by insisting that I would need to pay the entire fee upfront, despite the fact that I have dental insurance. I don't mind paying the fees upfront, but I believe she said this to discourage me for making the appointment. I'm sure her attitude would've been different had she known that my household income is well over 200K. When I tried to clarify this policy, I was not permitted to speak. This is the second difficult encounter I have had with Cindy. During my first visit to the office a few years ago, she treated me with a similar level of distrust, excessively verifying my identity, insurance, and credit card before services were rendered. I've lived all over the United States, DC, Maryland Chicago, and New York. I've never encountered such racial profiling in my life from somebody.that's actually a minority themselves. It's disheartening, but it happens continually in Houston. This is exacerbated by the fact that Cindy probably wouldn't be able to receive services at the clinic unless a professional courtesy was provide for an employee. It is a shame to leave the practice because I think very highly of Dr. Moers, but I cannot continue to deal with this level of customer service.

The office is in a house, so the outside and waiting room are very homey, but the inside has all the equipment and tech that you would see in a normal dentist office. I've only seen Dr. Emily Moers so far, and she is amazing! Super knowledgeable, personable, and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. All the hygienists are also very nice and professional. I've been to Moers for regular dental cleanings, as well as for filling a chip in my tooth and getting a new retainer, and I've never had any issues. Could not recommend enough.

The patient is placed in a recliner until they are ready to be taken back into the back where the magic happens. After nodding off H had to be wakened & taken into one of the operating rooms. Once he was settled I went back to the waiting room & since there were no other patients I snagged a recliner. The place is kept cold so wear a jacket & layers. I fell asleep & when woken up someone had put a blanket on me. Awwwww, just like mom used to do. The doctors are specialists & know what they are doing. They do their job really well & H is headed in the right direction for oral health. After receiving after-care information I pulled the car up front so they could wheel H out.
