I will pay another 9k just to have my crooked smile back after dealing with Dr Pham and Niah at the front. Worst experience of my life here. After making a plan about what I wanted and what would look good I decided to proceed. I get my temps in and the first thing Dr Pham says, "call me in 48 hours if anything needs to be changed". So 48 hours comes I see things I don't like. So I come back immediately . As I'm sitting with dr Pham I'm telling him about changes that need to be made. Not one time did he or anyone else say, *****JUSTIN STOP!!! You're confused, your permanents will NOT look NOTHING like your temps********. I would have said understood and walked out but instead, I make changes. When the permanents are on, I see the from 4 are too small. So I go back and dr Pham says I'll have to pay 600 for the 4 teeth to be replaced. Instead of making waves, I say no problem. However, Dr Pham says, I'll have to wait till the 2nd of January ( remind you this is in the first week of December) till I can get them remeasured or else I have to get another set of temps. Let me remind you that they have my money but I still have to go to the back of the line to get things fixed. Horrible, but i still don't want to makes waves so I say no problem. I go back in on the 2nd of January and now I'm being told temps have to go in and they won't use the previous measurements of my teeth. So now I'm not mentally prepared. I go into the back room and I'm waiting nearly 20 minutes and no one comes. So I say, just the hell with it I'll have TEXAS SMILES fix my teeth. I still remember the cocky smile Niah gave when she convinced me to pay the extra 400 for the mock ups that we never even used. Again, I'll pay another 9k just have my old smile back. *CAUTION* If I can save someone the experience and pain I endured -- that's a win in my book. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this one is warranted. Please do as much as research as you can before getting porcelain veneers at this location. Let me start with, I had braces growing up and had fairly straight teeth, but wanted a brighter, larger smile. After my veneers were placed, I immediately had issues. My teeth were over prepped leaving me with throbbing and excruciating pain for four weeks. I was having to alternate Tylenol and Advil every four hours otherwise the pain was unbearable. I was told it was just sensitivity, and it would go away. After seeking a second opinion, I had two teeth that had irreversible pulpitis. Mind you- neither one of these teeth has issues before. I had to have two root canals on perfectly healthy teeth. There's another I will have to potentially have a root canal that my dentist is watching . I've missed work, sleep, spending time with my son, etc. All for the price of veneers that costs 13K. This is hands down one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. Do your research!! read more

Leaving a one star review due to lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I went in using a Groupon and the dentist belittled me and was insensitive to the moments I was experiencing pain during the procedure. He actually chuckled and laughed after the procedure. I felt humiliated and defeated and the front desk was no better. There are plenty of doctors' offices that are more compassionate and actually care about the health of their patients. I'm updating this review from a two star to a one star because he damaged my front two veneers. Avoid going here at all costs. read more

I cannot say enough about Dr. Lee and his assistants. I've been in Houston for 1 year and tried 2 different dentists and was so disappointed. I came across Dr. Lee on Yelp in August and have come 3 times since. First time was just for a basic cleaning, which was already a great first impression. Then we discussed my two front teeth and because I liked this place from the start, I trusted him with my two front teeth. They came out great!! I also have to say that Dr. Lee is very humble and easy to talk with. It also seems that he has a positive relationship with his assistants, which is also something I liked. This clinic has a poor customer service and unacceptable staff behavior. Our schedule was for April 4th 1pm, they called us to confirm a day before. We rushed to be there right on time and they kept telling us 5-10 minutes, all the way till 38minutes later, they told us that it's going to take even longer. Because we spoke out one of the front desk took our panaromic x Ray quickly to calm us down, he probably was not certified to do so because he couldn't put the x Ray sheild on my body correctly. After some more waiting we questioned why they didn't tell us they were running behind so we didn't have to rush in traffic and then sit there waiting so long. The clinic manager was rude offered no apology said you can take your Groupon somewhere else we have many patients don't care about one bad review. This is a low class treatment that only a low class business owner sanctions its staff to do. Instead of misleading client and saying 10minues 10 minutes repeatedly, a good customer service would have been to give us a courtesy phone call an hr before that they were running late or at the very least upon our arrival instead of pretending everything is fine should have offered apologies that they could reschedule it to another time, NOT making us sit there waiting and waiting and waiting till totally frustrated. This lack of respect for people's time speaks poorly for the management of this clinic specially since the two front desks had nothing else to do where chatting about their life it would have been so easy for them to give us a call if the clinical had a responsible management who cared for people's time. We are very disappointed and feel they wasted our time, money, and imposed unnecessary extra X Ray radiation on our body that we now have to redo in another clinic. I reported them to Groupon and requested a follow up from Groupon's team to give this clinic a proper punishment so they don't do it again to others.
