I received Invisalign and implant treatment from Dr. Rami Alsaleh, a general dentist who markets cosmetic services. A permanent implant was placed before my Invisalign treatment was complete, and then trays were continued. This sequencing error caused a visible midline shift and asymmetry in my smile. I was never informed that this could be a permanent outcome. When I raised concerns, I was dismissed and told my midline was "within normal limits" without an in-person exam. A second opinion from a nationally and internationally accredited prosthodontist confirmed improper sequencing and lack of planning caused structural harm, not cosmetic dissatisfaction. One root canal he performed on tooth #31 failed within two years and required extraction. Tooth #19, which he also treated and retreated, is failing again and has been referred for further endodontic evaluation. A recent provider identified five additional teeth that may need root canals, eroded enamel, poor crown margins, and accelerated wear despite my attending regular appointments over four years. This prolonged pattern of overlooked issues, superficial reassurances, and inadequate follow-up has been both emotionally draining and physically harmful. It also triggered a documented MS flare-up, my first since diagnosis. There was no informed consent on foreseeable outcomes and no referral to a specialist, even though complex procedures were involved. I've reported this to the dental board and consumer protection agencies. I do not recommend this provider to anyone seeking ethical or well-coordinated care. read more

This place is really good and open on Saturdays which is a plus. I got a cleaning. Everyone was very nice and courteous. Their were 2 things that I wasn't a fan of. They are not in network with my insurance so my cleaning was pricy. You have to be mindful of words being used when you ask "do you take xyz insurance" they do take it but you have to ask if it is in network. They take all kinds of insurance. I didn't ask this specifically. Also, I made an appointment and told them that I did have current xrays from my previous dentist. On the day of my appointment, they hadn't received them and because it was a Saturday they could not get them. They told me they would wave the xray fee. A few weeks later I did get a bill for the xrays and had to contact the office to speak to the person in billing, who was a little snarky about what I explained that I shouldnt have an xray bill. read more

Wow Montrose Advanced Dentistry sure has grown in the last few years. Although I'll miss the early days of personal cleanings from Dr Rami himself, I am so happy for their success. The staff hired on are so nice and on top of it. The regular cleanings are pretty pain free with a wonderful TV for you to distract yourself with Netflix. I've referred a few friends to the practice and they've all been really happy at the patient-first mentality. When my insurance provider changed last year and it sounded like he was no longer in network, I had gone to another dentist who told me I needed to fill two cavities. I came to him for a second opinion and he took his time showing me the area on the tooth camera and explaining the criteria of a cavity, concluding that he wouldn't classify it to be a cavity but that I could fill it and honestly the quoted prices were very reasonable. Dr. Rami really looks out for his patients and isn't pushy on upselling cosmetic teeth whitening, nor aggressive on treatment. Highly recommend him for all your dental needs! read more

Absolutely obsessed with this dentist office. It was recommended to me by multiple colleagues as they take our insurance but I've had such a positive experience here. I'd previously gone to Lovell Dentistry once and felt it was a huge scam. Now it is clear to me that my intuition was correct and Lovell was a scam because this dentist said the discoloring on my molars was just stain around my fillings and did not require thousands of dollars worth of care. They made me a night guard and didn't charge me for a bottom retainer as they knew I'd have to pay out of pocket for that. I've recommended them to everyone who will listen. He takes his time to explain the process, his concerns and recommendations. I appreciate Dr Ramis care, expertise, wisdom and professionalism. Him and his staff are very patient and eager to listen to our concerns. My elderly parents (who do not speak English) starting seeing Dr Rami about 2 years & are very pleased with his work and help with their dental health such as cleaning, fillings, pain issues, and crown. He makes himself available for emergencies, and he is extra gentle with my wife, who has fears and issues. He always takes the time to explain what is taking place, and answer our questions. Great dental office with the kindest staff. There's ample parking space outside despite being in the Montrose area. The office is pretty good at giving you reminders and booking you in advance for your next appointment. As someone who works in healthcare, it is a HUGE plus that they do have Saturday appointments, which are not easy to come by but works out when I book in advance. The hygienists here have the gentlest hands. My teeth are generally a little more sensitive but I think everything they do is very tolerable and never hurts as much as I anticipate. Dr. Rami is a very thorough and kind dentist as well and has a great memory-- we have referred many friends and family here and he remembers almost all of them. I had an implant done by my regular dentist in California a couple of weeks ago. It had some problems which became obvious to me after 5 PM on a Friday. Doesn't it always happen that way? Anyway, I called Montrose Advanced Dentistry on Saturday the 29th. They couldn't see me same day but offered me an early morning and a late afternoon on Monday. I wasn't in pain and this was perfect. Not being a morning person I took the late afternoon. Monday morning they texted me saying I could come in at 11, which was quite attractive to me so I did. The staff got me in right away to see Dr. Rami, who was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and skilled. He contacted my regular dentist in CA by phone and they agreed on what the next step would be. My implant crown just needed tightening, and I needed a bit of guidance on helping the gum to heal faster. I was out of there in 40 minutes and the cost was just the basic cost for any visit. I did also get x-rays and photos so it was a full-service call. I received tremendous service at Montrose Advanced Dentistry and will definitely return! read more

They never answer their phone, and they don't call you for office reminders, they only text you which is annoying especially bc the text don't offer a chance to reschedule. You have to leave a voicemail anytime to want to schedule or change something. There's so many good dentist around here. Girl at the front was not friendly upon arrival but turned very pleasant when Dr. Rami was there at the end. This is easily my favorite Dentist's office I've ever been to. Dr Rami is extremely professional, personable and respectful. He's never rushed out of an appointment which I greatly appreciate. I've been a regular patient since 2015, when this practice first started, so it's about time to write a very very positive review. In the past, I've been recommended multiple fillings and root canals by dentists who'd like to make a quick buck, which had led to my distrust of dentists. But Dr. Rami fully informs patients of their choices, is honest, and recommends conservative treatments. Him and his office staff have excellent customer service skills and bedside manners. Everyone is cheerful, smiling, and it puts you at ease. I'm no longer anxious about needing treatment. The Netflix and message chairs are an added plus. When I was in excruciating pain from needing a root canal, I was able to be seen on short notice, as in: "hey I'm in so much pain can I come by RIGHT NOW?" "Of course!" I won't go into any details about my procedure because ew who wants to know all the mouthy deets but Dr. Rami is extremely professional, to the point, and knows what he's doing. Someone described the place as a state of the art facility and they are not making that up. It's super clean, staff is very professional, and he is very hands on with the entire process from the beginning to the end. Normally when you go to a dentist's office (just like a PCP's office) you just sit and wait and wait but he actually sees you at your actual appointment time. He gave me a retainer to wear at night because apparently my teeth grind while I am sleeping. I guess grinding takes a toll on you after you grindr so much. jk. lol. Anyways, I love that he has Netflix at his clinic and I watched Cutthroat Kitchen and Family Guy the whole time while I was there. Can't think of one negative thing about this place. read more

The professionals here are super nice and will explain in a very communicable way the benefits of each procedure and whether or not they'll be worth it for you. They walk you through the process of their dental procedures in a way that's both super thorough but also understandable (they should really consider going into teaching on the side, perhaps). The dental technology is also top-notch and high-tech, and I feel like I really got my plaque and other stuff cleaned off more effectively than I've ever had it cleaned off before. The other dentist cancelled three times on me. Doctor Remi saw me the next day. The other dentist recommended an extraction, a root canal and a bridge. Doctor Remi recommended 2 root canals. The other dentist saw 7 more cavities to work on. Doctor Remi did too, but he had time to work with me. In all my years of getting cleanings or other dental work. I have never been to a more professional, and personable dentist. Him & his staff are all nice, and make an effort to know you, and understand your needs. The chair you sit in very lightly massages you, and you get to watch TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) while they work on your teeth. These two things help distract a little from any procedure done. This dentistry is by far the best experience I ever had. First you park your car in a beautiful plaza in Montrose, so you know you have some places to check out if you were bringing a friend or family member for an appointment. Then you walk into this amazing facility that is very clean. Once you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff with easy prompts to fill your information on an iPad that will take only 5 minutes. I see why this was named advanced you get the latest technology up to date and best part about it there is little to no pain. I love that you sit in a chair and it massages you into deep relaxation. You can also watch amazing shows with a touch of a button. Dr. Rami was great. He did an amazing job with the maintenance of my teeth. Dr. Rami and his expert team are super friendly, they're using all the latest equipment, and they even have Netflix for you to watch while you're getting work done. I can't say enough good things about this practice, Dr. Alsaleh, the hygienists, assistants, and support staff. Dr. Alsaleh and his staff have the latest technology available which really helps keep visits shorter with ready access to all information in the operatory - and most importantly access to the insurance details to maximize the use of benefits while minimizing out of pocket. He has done some complex work and it was all scheduled and costs were known, allowing me to manage the best timing for work to be completed. His hygienists, Jennifer in particular, are awesome at doing their best while minimize pain/discomfort associated with some cleanings. I'm happy with the level of service and personal attention to detail by everyone at Montrose Advanced Dentistry beginning with being greeted by name as soon as I walk in the door. Possibly the best dentist and hygienist I've found. The other dentist in Montrose was nickel and diming me, trying to squeeze every penny from my insurance company and me. It was crazy. I stopped going to the dentist for a couple years because of their greed. I selected this dentist to try to take care of my teeth again. This group is mouth care excellence.
