I found Tri Maids on yelp and I have been very satisfied with our last three visits! I've hired other house cleaners for a lot more money and never received the outstanding cleaning like the Tri Maids. They are awesomel! One day I didn't have time to put my bed together and boom it was done for me! What a nice added touch to their service. I felt so bad the other day they left and I didn't even get a chance to give them a tip to buy lunch on me. They are caring and personable and there to get the job done! I called a week before in a panic explaining how I needed someone to come within the next week. The receptionist said no problem and told me they could get someone in the following week. I called the day they were supposed to come to give them instructions on how to get into the building and the receptionist informed me they booked me for 3 weeks from now. Was not apologetic or helpful in correcting the error THEY made at all either. Do NOT book w them- not reliable! So unhappy!!! We were moving home from out of state. Our daughter made the arrangements for a move in cleaning. When we arrived there were many things we had complaints about. So I called TriMaids and they advised me you only have 24 hours. I might add we had a delay from the moving company so we did not see the house for about 10 days after they cleaned. No one was in the house. When I called with my complaints all they would say is there is nothing we can do as you only have 24 hours after the cleaning was done. What?! we arrived later due to the above problem with the moving company. This was totally out of our control. Whats more we didnt know about the 24 hour rule. I argued my point and they just stuck to the same thing. Things that were unacceptable: dust on ceiling vents, top of doors and lots of other places. Tub and showers not wiped off at the top and some moldy areas not scrubbed off. The cabinets in the kitchen were greasy with dust on them in many spots. They didnt clean the filter under the microwave. And so much more that were cleaning overlooks. I even had to pay for 3 extra hours!!! After arguing with them, they stuck to their guns, 24 hours to come and fix it and no partial refund. I was in Texas. I was very upset and will never call this company again. read more

Tri-Maids participates in a program for women with cancer. They clean houses for women who are currently receiving treatment. They cleaned our house and I have nothing but praise for them. I was so disappointed in their service, they did not keep up to date notes on my schedule. They agreed to call the day before, as I was working from home and needed a set day. This did not happen, they would call minutes before arriving, leaving me on at least one occasion without service because I couldn't be on the call at the random time they arrived. When I called the manager, Marie, I was told there were notes in the file. Convenient way to handle customer service. When asked for a specific day and time monthly, Marie said she would call me back. She had her asst call and tell me it wasn't possible to schedule that way. That was it. I'm done. On the last day, again, no call the day before, I asked for the all the furniture to be pulled out from wall downstairs and vacuumed behind, dust, bathrooms, no kitchen, no sills, nothing else. It did not happen. Pictures posted....I called Marie AGAIN, and she sent them back to do it, however I had pulled all the furniture out to do it. Wow!!! Just wow. I'm blown away with the job that was done this morning. My husband are busy business owners and parents, and let's be honest...I am NOT a good house keeper. We've been having our house cleaned from a couple different folks for the past 3 years. Tri Maids blew everyone else out of the water with their service yesterday and today. I found them using Yelp, Google and Facebook search options. I like to do a thorough search due to past bad experiences. I called their office first thing yesterday morning and Michelle (I THINK she owns the business) got me on the schedule for TODAY! I explained my wants and the need for ongoing service to Michelle and she explained she could get me on a schedule for monthly service. Very cool! My cleaning was scheduled for today at 8:30. At 8:15 I received a call from my "team" saying they'd see me in 10 minutes. They were true to their word and worked their tails off solidly for 2 hours and I met them to pay at our SUPER clean home! When they showed up there was a goody bag they had for me that included a schedule highlighting my future services for the entire year!!In all of the years I've had satisfactory service, I realize you get what you pay for. I'm still shocked at what this team did in 2 hours. Details! Details! Details! All windows and panes are sparkling clean. Mirrors are streak free, beds are professionally made,carpets and couches are spotless and our daughters room is perfect. They even organized her toys and stuffed animals. I would NOT recommend using this company. We used them and in the beginning I think we were just so excited to have our house being cleaned that we overlooked issues every single time they came. At first it was small things, like noticing cabinets weren't being cleaned. The cabinets not being cleaned was an issue throughout their service. Then there was a huge piece of glass on the ground that my husband almost stepped on. They never reported breaking anything, but we had not broken anything. Then they didn't clean our bathroom floor for 2 times of coming, even after we complained. They finally cleaned it after the 3rd time of coming. Another time they left a huge stain on our carpet that wasn't there before. We spoke to them about these issues and we were promised to have our oven and refrigerator cleaned as their attempt to make things right. Then we came home and they didn't even do it! We had to complain about that! And they finally cleaned the oven the next time out, but never cleaned the refrigerator. The straw that broke the camels back after multiple times of trying to address these issues with them, they completely ruined our stove. They must have poured some sort of chemical on the stove and left it because there are 2 huge spots on the stove in the middle of the stove between the 4 burners AND they used some sort of abrasive scrubber on the stainless steal of the oven! This completely scratched the oven! I wouldn't trust these people to clean my house, nonetheless in my home! Give your money to another company that you can trust. read more

My issue stems from being quoted between $250 and $350. But then having the actual cost being over $750, with NO indication of the steep price increase. If I were told up front on per hour charge I would have 1 shopped around more and 2 ensured they worked efficently. I felt like I was being ripped off. My house wasn't that dirty. read more
