The ServiceMaster Team that worked with us was totally amazing. We had a huge flood from the surrounding mountains that engulfed our home in July 2015. We have nothing but compliments to the staff on how they approached and completed the job. Our whole home had to have the insulation, drywall, and flooring ripped out. They treated us with caring consideration and kindness for what we were experiencing with the disaster, as well as treating our personal belongings with respect. This is the second major flood that we have had in less than a year, there was one in July of 2014 also. I know this is something that most people don't have impacting their lives in such a close time frame, but it happens. With this being said I would like to give you our experiences from two different companies. The national company with the green trucks did the remediation for the first flood in 2014, the experience with this company was TERRIBLE. They tried to overcharge us for the work, which we had to fight about, the time that they took to complete the job was twice as long, and the quality of work was awful, take it from a two time expert now, don't use them!! There is no comparison of the two companies!!! ServiceMaster is the best one at their job!!!! They were awesome and I will always recommend them to everyone that I talk to. I had a major house fire this month. I was referred to ServiceMaster by a friend who knew Ben personally. Ben and Roger met me at the house that day and explained the entire process to me. I had a few antiques that survived to flames but not the smoke or water damage. They assured me that they would be able to retrieve the items and get them to safety. When the first team arrived to start the clean up Kathy made me feel like I was going to be ok. I was an emotional wreck and she helped me get through the clean up. She really understood that its the contents of your home that makes it so special. The team spent many days with me at my home and they all were amazing. I really appreciate the ServiceMaster team and all that they did for me in such a rough time. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs their type of service. We had a fire sprinkler pipe break in the attic over a bedroom. Huge flood. Our insurance recommended ServiceMaster. We called them and within one hour they were at our home and began the clean up process. All of the workers were polite and worked very efficiently. That night they removed all fallen insulation and sheetrock, sucked up all standing water, and set up fan blowers to start the drying process. Casey Bull took charge and did a great job as did JR and Kris. Several days later they came back and removed all damaged/wet flooring and walls/ceiling and set up the fan/blowers again. They also hauled away the damaged personal property and inventoried it for us. All the work they did was done in a very professional manner and was done very efficiently. Washing machine sprung a leak. Insurance company hooked me up with ServiceMaster - Sparks, NV. Ben called me - setup an appointment the very next day for 9 AM - which he arrived at 9, EXACTLY! During times like this, fear of the unknown, is daunting. Ben explained, in detail what his company was going to do to remediate - putting me at ease instantly. His crew, Casey, JR, Ryan, Francisco, and Angelo were here the very next day - and on time! They explained exactly what they were going to do - prepped the affected area to keep dust to a minimum. Cesar was amazing! Fourth of July and our bathroom flooded through the ceiling to our downstairs kitchen. We were literally freaking out and didn't know what to do. We called our insurance and thought no one would come on a holiday. Cesar showed up within a half an hour! Unbelievable!!! He was professional and prompt guiding us through one of the most stressful times as relatively new homeowners. Chris A. and his pack in and pack out crew did a fantastic job. We had some repairs that needed to get done and Chris and his team came in, packed our boxes very carefully and packed them very well. His crew took everything out including the TV and kitchen island. Everything came back a couple weeks later in the exact same condition. Nothing damaged and nothing broken. Big shout out to ServiceMaster as a company, we have used them twice now and both times they have been phenomenal customer service. read more

ServiceMaster is in my opinion and experience is the most competent and easy to work with Abatement/Restoration Company in Norther Nevada. I've had some poor experiences with two other companies in town not doing what they promised and were paid for and just doing a sub par job overall. ServiceMaster in contrast has exceeded my expectation every time, specifically Jose Marin. I've also gotten great feedback from referrals I've sent ServiceMaster. Service Master team members Isabel and Hector were absolutely amazing. They were sent by Cesar who coordinated the packing of my house so the repairs can be made. This team at Service Master is very thorough, friendly and efficient. They have taken care of my belongings as if they were their own. They explained to me what they were doing throughout the entire process and left me information about additional odor treatments should I need it.
