Twice I went to get the standard sized bottle of some assorted liquor and just before I checked out the employee said, hey for only $5 more you can get the bigger size that's on sale right now... or something to that effect. I thought it was really nice that instead of just being happy to get more profit off of selling the non sale, smaller items they want to make sure you know the deals. It's not a place that completely blows me away, but it's definitely somewhere I'd come back to.
