My experience with Tri Property was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a showing and no one ever showed up. When I called, I was given the runaround. I paid a $70 application fee, only to be told afterward that I needed a co-signer. I then paid another $70 for the co-signer application. For three days I called and texted with no response. After spending $140, I finally reached someone who told me that another person had applied before me. If that's true, then why did they take my $140? If you are considering having this company manage your property, please check on your home and how they're handling applicants. Drag their feet and then add fees to their fees. Always in a meeting. Polite when you actually talk with someone -waste of time.

The early interactions in the process were positive, with direct and personal contact. That changed once we submitted the application and paid the application fee. Then, not a word. After not hearing anything for a week following the application submission, I requested a status update only to get an automated email about an hour later saying we were not approved. Not being approved is one thing, but having to request an update to learn the decision shows the lack of timely follow up on the part of this company. Do not recommend them. read more

Worst real estate agent. Renters' nightmare. They will take your money in the name of the application fee and not even return your call, or text. Have tried to contact you in different forms (call, text, social media) and haven't received a response. If business is too overwhelming for you, you need to look into hiring an assistant. It seems like you select who you want to work with instead of being open to all clients. read more
