I called 3 plumbers and none were able to come until a week down the road. Engle Plumbing was different. They were referred to us by Eagle Ridge Resort due to the great work, fair pricing and outstanding customer service. When I called Engle Plumbing, Stacy in customer service listened and promised she would do everything she could to get the leaks fixed as soon as possible. Stacy sent over a plumber that same day named Cody who cut through the drywall and patched the pipes which took him only 30 minutes to do from start to finish. I truly thought this leak would be a huge job with many surprises since the leak was hidden behind a wall. I was thrilled with the outcome and the price was fair and the response time was unbelievably fast. Since they did such a great job we asked Engle Plumbing about redoing our outdated pipes and they are now in the process of completing that job as well. Eagle Ridge Resort recommends Engle Plumbing to local property owners who need a reliable plumber. We totally understand why they are a preferred vendor for this big resort.
