They are always courteous and ontime. I usually book them via our Corporaate Travel Service. Their drivers have always been nothing but professional. I never have a service, or pick-up concern when I use them. I've deducted one star their telephone etiquette (or lack thereof). I've had to call them directly a few times, usually to make a change in a pick up time, or with a billing question. First, they are VERY SLOW at picking up the line. It's not uncommon for their phone to ring for as long as three, four or even five minutes before they pick up. When they do pick-up, their Reps tend to be gruff, and terse, almost, but not quite, to tthe point of being rude. They always act like they are in a hurry, and trying to get me off the line as soon as they can, or they act like I'm bothering them by calling and they seem to get annoyed with too many questions, like if I ask more than one! Geez, lighten up! This is one area they really need to improve upon. Thank God their drivers are in a different class of service! They are also far cheaper than the five other Car Services I've checked on for the Philadelphia area.
