Zack and his team did an excellent job applying a UV reflective coating to our riveted metal patio and sunroom roof--definitely not an easy project. They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I'm so glad I stuck with this product--it truly works! I was so happy with their work that I ended up using them again for my business--this time for the undercarriage of the corrugated roof and walls in my sunroom spa. They painted it mint, and it looks amazing--such a clean, fresh look! His pricing was fair and affordable, and the quality of work speaks for itself. I contacted Justin for a quote to paint my 15 year old, small,…read morebackyard basketball court (25' width x 24' length) and his quote was very competitive with other companies. I wanted a light blue free throw lane/key and the rest dark blue and also a Jordan jumpman logo. We originally scheduled Wednesday, January 28th but he was able to start on Tuesday, January 27th. I also had a concrete repair company come on Sunday, January 25th to repair some long cracks and patch up several small holes in the concrete. On Tuesday, It took about an hour or two for us to measure the "regulation size" free throw lane. Once we were happy with the measurements he snapped the guidelines and put down some painters tape and he used an electric blower to clean the court. He started painting the same day and he came back on Wednesday to finish the job. Overall, I believe he applied 2 coats of each color. He was honest about his Jordan logo stencil not looking perfect so we agreed to not do the logo. Nevertheless, I was very happy with the aesthetics for just two colors and white lines. Look at the before and after photos! He used a type of paint that keeps cool to the touch even with direct sunlight. We have not played basketball yet so maybe I'll do an update on the texture/grip of the court. We would definitely contact Justin again for any of our painting jobs and will refer him to our family and friends. Thanks Justin!!!
