I just read Blair's review of 8/20/23. I, also, took the SCAM. I write this the day after reading his review. I, too, prepaid for the cleaning to Jason as the pricing was right. He was to show today. Now neither he nor the company will pick up the phone. I also got the story that his life was a bit of a wreck and needed to get back on his feet. Yep, I fell for it. THIS IS A SCAM, BE CAREFUL! I hired Jason to come clean my grill and after he rescheduled on me three times, he then didn't show and wouldn't respond. I heard Jason's sad story about how his life was in turmoil, so I was willing to reschedule multiple times until I realized this was a scam. I asked for my money back, which he said he had refunded, but when the refund never came through he stopped responding. I am still waiting on my refund and not sure I will ever see it. Jason is a thief and my next option will be to pursue legal action. Save yourself a huge headache and find a more reputable company that operates with honesty and integrity. read more
