    I scheduled appts for my husband and daughter to get exams and all went well. My daughter who was…read moreinsured completed the full process and received her glasses. My husband who was a cash pay patient, decided to wait until our budget allowed for full payment of the frames he wanted. A few months pass and we end up finding another vendor within our budget to get the pair he wanted. All we needed to provide was the prescription from his last exam. I call Eye Central and request it and am told I need to send an email request, I comply and return the information to the new vendor. The new vendor shares the exam is incomplete missing the PD measurements. Husband calls Eye Central and is told there is an additional fee for this because he didn't purchase any glasses from them. Annoyed because we already paid for an exam, I call later that week and am told there is zero fee for said missing information. I'm told we could just walk in for this so we plan the trip from Haughton into our schedule. By this time my daughter has broken her glasses and is no longer insured either. We decide to request her prescription as well so we can just order both from the new vendor. My husband goes to pick up the prescriptions and do this final part of the exam. He's denied without first paying an additional fee and is given another incomplete prescription. My daughter who did receive glasses there was also given a incomplete prescription too. As the customers, I'm failing to understand how the fee was paid but yet more needs to be paid for what we already paid for in the first place? Secondly, my daughter who did "purchase" glasses from them is still missing the same information? Your policies are inconsistent and have been a waste of my time. If this is what's being displayed to the public I can only imagine what a dumpster fire is happening internally.
