After placing the order, I asked the florist to send me a photo of the arrangements and provide an itemized bill (I'm located out of state), but neither of these requests was fulfilled. Dissatisfied with the lack of customer service, I followed up with an email. The florist only then sent a photo of the delivered arrangement, which looked nothing like the advertised photo. I was deeply disappointed and embarrassed by the discrepancy between the advertised and actual arrangements. Knowing I was from out of state, they apparently thought they could send any quality of flowers. If that is their standard practice, it is unfortunate and I do not recommend this florist.

I brought them in and was told that the anti-scratch protection was chipping off because I used water and Kleenex (ultra-plush) to occasionally clean my glasses instead of their micro-fiber cloth and lens cleaner. I started having headaches I asked the optometrist the next month when I bring my daughter in , I was told I had to get use to new perscription cause I been wearing it backwards .. I was in there two days ago now I was told that the optometrist had to check my eyes twice and my prescription is backwards and that I have pay to fix it myself cause I had to complain in 60 days..
