He may exhibit skill in the surgery room, but in the examining room, he's lacking. I saw him three times outside cataract surgery and each time I was shocked at how rude and disrespectful he was to me. My husband, who came with me to every exam, used the words "curt" and "difficult". If I had know that he had such bad bedside manners, I would never have chose him as my surgeon.
