Prior to this, we had someone affiliated with Costco come out to quote us for roller shades, and the experience was tense and rushed (and the quote was much pricier). During the Budget Blinds consultation, Nathan walked us through everything as if we were his only client and provided us various options as a solution to our irregular windows (literally each window was a different size, but despite how tedious the job was, Nathan was patient and amazing). We did have to wait a few months for our roller shades to come in, but in 2022 this seemed to be the case for most places. The shades have been nothing but perfect since getting them installed. We needed to have old mini blinds replaced in a bay window in our breakfast nook as well as the blinds in the one window in our master-bath. The designer, Michael arrived at our home promptly, helped us to select the perfect blinds for our needs, and he didn't try to push us in to buying more blinds than we needed (something I was worried might happen). Coordinating all this was Diane. A pleasure to work with, she coordinated all the appointments and answered all our questions. Our blinds arrived sooner than expected, and the gentlemen who came to do the install was professional, and cleaned up all the packing material from the blinds.
