Phil took care of my car today. He checked me in this morning, going over my car and checking for scratches and making notes of a couple request. When I went to pick it up, he wasn't quite finished. I sat and talked to the owner's mom( I'm sorry I didn't get her name). I had talked to her on the phone and she has the most pleasant voice and talk about customer service! I showed up not too long before they closed just to inquire and was willing to wait until the next day if need be. They took one look at the tires and squeezed me in right then and there. Other times when I've asked them to check around the vehicle for any problems, they were thorough and let me know honestly what was going on. The vehicle was in their detail shop or out for detail (don't know) and that was the reason for his response. And he said "I forget all the time, so it's best to just keep checking the website". Huh.... Really??? Here's an option, maybe ask the detail person to take a picture with their phone and then you can send it to me. The speed of light is 186k mps/per second which is the speed the picture would travel down/across a fiber network (minus network limitations). Pretty quick, provides quality customer service and easy too. Oh well, not to worry. I've been a salesman all my life and in my 60's now and I can assure you I will not be "checking your website" for updates.
