My car is now undriveable. it's been a full week, I've called the store and corporate office a dozen times. They have not offered a solution or refund. what should've been a 1-2 hour tire change turned into me not being able to drive my vehicle for over a week. He looked very unhappy that I had walked through the door. I explained I had an appointment to get an oil change and he leaned in towards me and stated very matter of fact, " not at my place you don't". Flustered I pulled out my phone thinking I got the appointment time wrong. As I was looking through my email confirmation to show him, he explained," we are closing in a half hour and if you think we are doing an oil check on your Car 30 minutes before we close, ... You're wrong" I showed him the confirmation email that I did in fact, have an appointment. His exact words to me were." not trying to be a di*k, but it ain't happening tonight. I don't care if you have a confirmation or not. You don't walk into an establishment, 30 minutes before closing, and say you have an oil change that needs done. Doesn't matter to me when you come back, but you're not getting it done tonight." I explained that we had been loyal customers for almost 9 years with Firestone and he may want to let corporate know that the website permits appointments all the way up until 30 minutes before closing, and that they would be losing a loyal customer. He laughed. He informed me that they did not have any corporate. When I asked to speak to a manager, he snuggly looked at me and leaned in stated that they do not have a manager for me to speak to. I took it to a garage a mile away and the ONLY thing it needed was 2 new tires to pass inspection at a cost of about 10% of that price. I am very disappointed in the experience and will never return because I feel this was a matter of trying to generate income and I am especially concerned about others that may trust their diagnosis of what is needed for a car to pass inspection. I would expect an honest evaluation when taking a vehicle in for any kind of service, and this was not the case.

One time they were two weeks late. Just recently I called them a few weeks ago for an oil delivery no one picked up when in fact I called their emergency extension. I left a message asking them to deliver oil and inform them it was an emergency because of the cold weather my pipes froze completely. After two weeks I never heard a call from them or any attempt I'm trying to deliver any oil. Then when I got home from work my pipes broke because they were frozen. When I called them to voice a complaint they stated they are now going to refuse delivery. If they could get a rating lower than one starI would give it to them.
