They also have some niche items for sale that satisfy me beyond what should be normal in a hardware store. Full lines of Lodge Cast Iron, Big Green Egg supplies that rival anyone around. As a matter of fact, their bbq area in general is really well stocked. Bunch of cool windmills, chimes, outdoor furniture, and even outdoor kitchen equipment. I can't say there are tons of deals just laying around, and you should practice caution and make sure you aren't getting totally taken on price here. One big difference that makes it worth the price is the level of help you can get here. Truly knowledgeable folks in each department make it a joy to shop here. Some things are just worth it. This morning I called and asked for someone that knows a bit about Echo leaf blowers. The guy I got on the phone was disrespectful and downright rude. After asking a reasonable question I got the passive aggressive chuckle and condescending tone which said nothing more than, "Look, y'all. I got an idiot on the phone." Needless to say, not everyone from the floor staff attended the most recent customer service training session back in 1978. Update: Management contacted me, offered a sincere apology, ensured me he'd address the problem, and offered his personal time to discuss my needs. Changed rating from 1 to 4 stars.

This isn't at all how the lawn mower was brought in to be checked. The repair person was cursing and loud in front of other customers.
