The staff is always helpful and friendly. The place remains clean, I can always get on the machines I need, the cardio equipment is accessible no matter what time you go, members are courteous, the layout is great and they've also recently redone the bathrooms which makes the place look really nice. Tanning & a smoothie bar is also offered which is a plus. 10/10 would recommend this gym to anyone looking for the best gym around.

Thankfully I arrived as a swim lesson was ending so I was able to stay in that lane until the next lesson. The water was extremely cloudy and I'm not sure if it's because it was a low lit area but it was tough to see under with my goggles. The locker room is really nice and spacious. Since I'm shopping around for a gym with a pool, options are limited but I don't see myself returning for this indoor pool. I'd love to try the outdoor pool.

You are not barked at in class the way some HIIT classes are run elsewhere, and they get to know you and know what motivates you. Each day class focuses on something different (fat blasting, strength, etc) so you are always using different muscles and your body doesn't adjust to the same routine and you consistently see results. The best part is very flexible class times, from 5:15am to 6:45pm, so no excuses that you can't make it! And it's only 30 min long, that includes stretching before and after class. You can also get nutritional instruction and become part of a workout family. Highly recommend if you need smart, helpful people to help you achieve your fitness goals. For me I have lost weight, toned up, my face cleared up (not going to lie, you sweat A LOT in class), and I started sleeping 8 hours a night instead of my usual 5 or 6.
