Plenty of parking outside with handicap parking available. We arrived on a Sunday morning around 11am for a birthday party. We completed the waiver when we arrived. Only complaint with this is that it saved some of the information on the screen. I would definitely recommend to click to not save your information. We were able to go right to the party room where a host checked the kids in to ensure a waiver was completed. They were given socks and a wristband. The party allowed for 2 hours of fun! The host and people there were attentive. This isn't a babysitting facility so obviously keep track of your little ones. They had so many things to keep the kids preoccupied and the ability to get their energy out. They didn't want to leave! The only complaint that I have is for the arcade area. All games were 7 or 8 credits. Minimum card option is for 20 credits so there aren't enough credits for a minimum of 3 games. They should adjust the credit minimum to 21. Otherwise this place was awesome for the kids and we'll be coming back! read more

Had an absolutely amazing experience at Fun City with my daughter and friend. There is definitely fun for all ages, so many fun activities to do. Pleasantly surprised at how massive the location is. We went right at opening on a weekday and had the place to ourselves which was great to not have to worry about anyone potentially bumping into my 2 year old. Absolutely loved the massive ball pits and different types of trampolines. Only downside for us was that the slides were a bit steep for younger kids so it didn't seem safe to use them. Great place to get together with friends old or young! Pricing isn't necessarily affordable to visit too often but definitely must try at least a couple times a year. read more

It's an adventure park for all ages! They have great packages for parties, and order pizza from Dominoes. There are private rooms as well was tables for rent. Cubbies are available to store shoes too. The kids enjoyed the arcade, jump and all they had to offer and all I had to do was hang back. There's plenty of parking making them quite accessible. read more

This place was absolutely repulsive. I was going expecting a very fun and enjoyable night, but was met with one of the most treacherous experiences I've had in the past 18 years and 6 months. From the very minute that I got here, most of the trampolines were in terrible condition. None of the employees were attentive to the costumers, leaving most of the attractions shut down. The managers were already in a terrible mood since the beginning and carried this attitude onto us. We were stuck waiting for the harnesses for a while, with no employees there to assist us for a time. If you are going here expecting a fun night, do not spend your time at this dump. read more

So much to do! So much FUN! I took my boys here with a few friends to have some fun and honestly so that I could get some work done too. This place is HUGE! It's the Grand Opening so everything is new, clean and exciting. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids can never jump for just an hour so we chose the ALL DAY option for $28. Oh and just so you know they offer a military discount. Being jump socks if you have them otherwise they can be bought for $3. I had kids ages 7-12 with me and they all equally had a blast. Slides, ball pits, climbing walls, zip lining, trampolines and more. The list of things to do is endless. There was also a large gaming area that we did not do. There are plenty of picnic tables to sit at and eat, rest or get work done. There are also benches all throughout the jump area so that you can keep an eye on your kids wherever they are. I personally set up a "safe" place where everyone in my group would know where to find me. Paid for massage chairs are available too. They offer cubbies for your shoes/personal items but they are open with no locks so be careful what you leave behind. When it was time to go everyone was hot and sweaty. No one wanted to leave. Everyone has blast and wants to come back! It was a total Mom Win! A couple minor disappointments; the Dippin Dot machine was not working at the time. Also, the freeze dried candy was $15 per bag. That's the highest I've ever seen it but like I said these are minor. It didn't ruin our visit and we will be back for more fun. read more

I paid to have my daughters party in a private room and was told no private room is available and I would have to have the party in the open area. I bought decorations for the private room that couldn't be used. The table area was very crowded that other people from different parties were seating at my table. You couldn't walk by without having to bump into anyone. My hostess was available for the first 15 minutes after she went MIA (NO WHERE TO BE FOUND). I had to ask for my pizza and didn't get it until 5pm when party was over. The pizza was very cold that kids did not eat it. Thank God I had cooked food and it was still hot if not I would have had hungry party guest. I also had to ask for juice and water that came with package. The place was overcrowded! I called and tried to speak to the owner who stated she does not speak English nor understand much English. She was no help at all. I wish I can give them ZERO stars!!! read more

First of all it's a huge place with a lot to do with the kids with ball pits, slides , zip lines , trampolines , dodgeball , soccer , bumper cars , arcade games and lots more. You can spend a good 4-5 hours there easy and your kids will enjoy it so much. Now the negative. The bumper cars has a 42" height limit. They use some stand that's marked off but the stand is inaccurate. My kid is 42.5" I know this because she recently was measured at the doctors yet the marker they use was saying she was like 1.5 inches to small and they wouldn't let her ride it which made her cry. My wife showed them it was wrong using a measuring app on her phone but they didn't care. When we got home I measured her myself and guess what 42.5" so yea they were wrong and had my kid crying without a care in the world which pissed me and my wife off. They need to fix that asap. This place is a little expensive and if parents pay then we should get to enjoy all it has to offer and not be kept from doing something because of THEIR ERROR read more

staff is rude and uneducated , 0 customer service skills. staff is walking around like on the runway with their open cups drinks in hand . spill water and juice out of their starbucks cups all over the place.No special needs service or education on how to handle as a matter of the fact when may son sat down cuz he need a moment i was told by a staff member she does not care if special need or not he needs to get up now . Rude insulting and uneducated. As staff is not paying attention to their job other parents are sitting and walking with dirty shoes all over trampoline and playgrounds . no rules no regulation no adequate staff. after 4 pm light go down and music goes up like in club for adults no place for children . trash is all over the place and the whole place is dirty and not upkept. bathrooms horrible . $28 dollars a child you would think it would have more of a children safe enviroment . don't wast your money not recommending . read more
