I also suggest purchasing your tickets in advance since popular dates can sell out. There were so many water activities to choose from that everyone in the family could find something fun to do. I was impressed by how many lifeguards were stationed throughout the park, which made me feel that safety was a priority. The atmosphere was lively, family-friendly, and full of people enjoying the day. There's an open-air food court with a variety of food, drinks and seating area. The scenery is beautiful, and the former quarry makes for a unique backdrop you won't find at a typical water park. A few tips for first-time visitors: * Wear water shoes; they'll make walking around much more comfortable. * Bring sunscreen, towels, and plenty of water. * Complete your waiver and buy your tickets online before arriving to save time. * Check the park's website before your visit for hours, weather updates, and any activity restrictions. Reserve ahead of time especially on weekend days when it's hot out because they do sell out. It's crowded in the picnic areas but we were having so much fun in the water we barely got out. If you are overweight or not reasonably athletic you will probably want to bring a chair. Our favorite parts were the highest zip lines and the big slide because the wait time was more reasonable for both. We got wakeboarding passes but it was so crowded and slow moving we didn't even try. The crowds thin out after 4 so if you don't want to spend all day come after noon. 10-11am and you are waiting in line to get in even if you did the waiver in advance.

Great spot for tots!…read more I'm so glad this place opened near us - there isn't really one in the area! We went on a weekend morning where the weather wasn't too great and it wasn't that busy. Everything was very clean and there was decent space between activities. There are areas for crawlers, dress up, kitchen play, train table, jungle gym and more. My 3 and 1.5 year old were loving all of it. We signed up online for our spot, which I recommend. Sometimes they are closed for parties. I wish they had more weekday afternoon times, but I know they are still growing. We will certainly be back soon!

This is a very thoughtfully designed playground for every child, despite their physical abilities. There are ramps for wheelchairs, so wheelchair users can access the playscape. The ground is in part wood chips and in part padded. If anyone should fall the injuries would be at worst minimal. The playground features swings, slides, a sandbox, see-saws, and much more. My friend's three year old son had a great time playing here. I even took a swing on the swing myself. This playground is dedicated to a little boy named Mikey, who died at just under three years old, from a rare neuromuscular illness. Mikey's Place has brought countless kids together, allowing them to play, laugh and build friendships.

It's created to honor the memory of Mikey, a toddler with spinal muscular atrophy. There were two areas: toddlers from 2-5 years old, which was fenced in and an older kids section. There is a small parking lot, benches, and adult swings. When you first walk in, you will see a "Grandpa Boat" which is a swaying boat. My toddler loved the cars; you can push your child around the playground. I saw a free little library as well as trash receptacles. I saw a gazebo which is nice to sit in on a sunny day. This is definitely one of the nicer playgrounds I've been to.

Great for families and for children ( not too young tho)! Check them out! It's definitely worth it and different. I forget to mention they go through the rules, they give you eye wear, they have ice packs, just incase. Don't be alarmed or scared but they are prepared and go over everything just incase! This park has thought of everything to make everyone have a sense of belonging. The only negative was the picnic tables that are covered are also used for parties. They may come out to ask you to move to accommodate a birthday party. Which was a major pain for us as we had a full on picnic spread out. The staff was very kind and allowed us to stay when they recognized we had a bunch to move.

It opens everyday from 8 am to sunset. There is a porta potty available. This was built in 1996 and was the first all inclusive playground for children of all abilities in the area. We went on a Saturday and it was super busy. You have to keep a hawk eye on your babies because they can get lost in the crowd. There is a pavilion with picnic tables. The play area is fenced in and has plenty of parking. In the end, I can't wait to come back on a weekday when it's less busy.
