Instead of capping it off underneath my sink, they just shut a valve at the tip of the ice maker line. I don't know what happened but the line leaked slowly into the floor. now I am dealing with a buckled floor and water damage. I tried to get help with the situation but since there was a timeline, they, with attitude, said they could not help me.. If he would have capped off the line under my sink, it wouldn't have happened. I'm calling negligence on their part.. But they wouldn''t help.. I definitely do not recommend them!!
