The next morning I called and left a message for their emergency parts. The emergency parts employee called me back about an hour later, telling me he had the parts but could not sell them to me on off-hours. What is the point of an emergency parts line if you will not help people with an emergency? I had to drive an hour and a half to get the parts I needed. I like to support local businesses, but with customer service like this, I will take my business elsewhere.

Found this company on Yelp and took a look at the company website. I liked what they had and their volunteer work in Thailand really impressed me. After speaking to the lady co-owner who for at least 15 min, she promised a call back to get me scheduled for an on-site appointment in a couple business days. I hung up the phone with lots of optimism. It's been two weeks and no phone call. What is going on with the local drill companies? Is there that much business they don't care about $20k jobs? Another disappointment!

The crew was very careful of their surroundings, such as our trees, and the only thing they left was an area of drilling spoils which is now starting to be reclaimed by Mother Nature. There was a small cosmetic problem with the installation that Gary quickly offered to fix. I ended up fixing it myself with his help and our new well looks and performs as well as we had hoped. We recommend Clear Heart Drilling with no reservation.

Pathetic Man is more like it Jason Smith is the worst Valve pusher in the water business, they…read moreworked on both my wells and I paid over $ 4000, now they are leaking and when I called for service Jason answered and said he would look at his schedule and set something up for the repair. The next day he has an employee call me and say that because I was not happy they had to give a credit and they wont work on my wells anymore. SOB, did not have the guts to call after promising to get them fixed. They charge $ 120 and hour of travel time, rip offs ! I live 10 minutes away and they were charging me 25 minutes each way a $ 60 rip off each time, and that's what I a credit for 15 Minutes. Never again, avoid them at all costs.
