We had a backed-up drain from our washing machine that was causing water to back up into our…read moreutility sink. I first tried snaking it myself with a 15-foot snake, but it was still backing up. I then hired two other plumbers to come out and snake it, and neither was successful. One of them even told me I needed to redo a good portion of my plumbing for over $5,000! I found Rock Solid Drains after that, and they told me that all they do is unclog drains and that they have the equipment necessary to clear difficult washer/utility sink drain clogs. John from their team came out and within about 15-30 minutes had run a snake through our washing machine drain line, cleared the blockage, and had our plumbing working exactly as it should again. These guys are great if you have a drain clog that you can't clear yourself or that a normal plumber doesn't have the right equipment to handle. They solved a problem that two other plumbers couldn't, and did it for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Rock Solid Drains. John was great to work with, and I'm very glad we called them before spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily!

I had to remove my prior 5-star review of this place because they not only never finished part of a…read morejob they started for me 9 months ago, they are completely unable to return messages of any kind (voicemail, text, email -- I tried them all). Several years ago they installed a pump for me and were very responsive and reasonable, which I greatly appreciated. A year ago they installed a water storage tank for me, but screwed up my pump's gauge and did a total mickey-mouse job on the tank's electrical wire cover, using tape to cover part of the wires. They said they'd wait for the tank to settle and come back to affix a proper wire cover. I waited 7 months before contacting them to ask that it be taken care of -- after leaving 3 or 4 messages, I gave up. I had another company take care of things which, of course, means I had to pay for something that Sissel should've fixed for free. Whatever. I'm just glad it's done, glad I found a better, more responsive company, and glad to not be doing business with such immature unprofessionals.
