Wouldn't mind a class action law suit for money I consider stolen as they abused their position on customers that trusted their expertise to fix something they never did!

They were able to come out a few days later, pulled out the pump and determined that it was worn out. Luckily, they had a new pump in store, so it was replaced the same day. They were very methodical and attentive to every part of the system. They reviewed all the components and assessed their state, assembling them with longevity and ever wear in mind. I peppered Scott and Joe with questions, and they patiently answered all the questions every step of the way. They educated me about all parts of the well pump and the best way I can keep an eye on it in the future. I appreciated not just the prompt response, but also the attention to detail in their work and willingness to educate their clients. I would definitely hire them again.

The two men that were here had found the problem, figured out which of our irrigation lines they could turn off and replaced a piece in the pump that should've told it to shut off. Two men walking around, looking for the problem, found it, fixed it, and we're so polite and offered some suggestions about how we could trim down the amount of faucets in our backyard.
