I first came to Dr. Hatfield after receiving disastrous care at the Core Institute. He was…read morerecommended to me, and I am eternally grateful to the co-worker who sent me here. Dr. Hatfield did a full knee replacement on me a few years back and he was fantastic. I loved that he was honest and upfront about what to expect--so many doctors sugar coat things (i.e. severe pain is not the same thing as "discomfort"). I healed up beautifully and went on my merry way. Now that my other knee is acting up, I'm back. I have full faith in Dr Hatfield's advice and care. He is not the doctor who insists you have a consultation first then sends you for X-rays then had you come back again for treatment. He had me get X-rays first then come in one time. He looked at them, diagnosed, and gave me my cortisone shot all in one quick visit. No nonsense! His staff is also very kind, knowledgeable, and caring.

An urgent care - for Ortho injuries!! After checking in, I was able to complete the rest of the "paperwork" on my phone. I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait. I was immediately called back, had X rays and was diagnosed with a Radial fracture and was out of there within 90 minutes. This place is super efficient - everyone I encountered was amazing. So much better than going to the ER or urgent care - just to be sent home with a referral to follow up with an orthopedic doc. It's literally one stop shopping! Hopefully, I will not need their services in the future, but I'm so grateful places like these exist.

My visit today was with Chris Aussems NMD, I work in construction so I suffer from chronic muscle pain because of the nature of the business and he was very professional, he referred me to a radiologist and as well gave me advice to cope with my muscle pain by visiting a chiropractor also to make other adjustments for the good of my overall health.
