She got my CT scan approved immediately through my insurance and I felt like she was holding my hand getting me through it! My previous PC's office is SO bad. I can never talk to a nurse or doctor! When I had covid last year, I couldn't get an appointment and when I left a message that I needed an immediate response, it took them a week to get back to me!! I could have died before they called me back! I ended up in the ER because my throat swelled up so bad I could barely breathe and had completely lost my voice. Again, Dr. Shell came to the rescue.
