I'm leaving this review because I look forward to coming to get service done on my truck, here's why... Every single time I come here it's the same, Great service and customer service as well. The service advisors at the dealership are top notch, they are friendly and accommodating, every time I'm in they are focused on providing great customer service. When you arrive you are greeted by employees who refer to you by name and know why you're there. Paperwork is done efficiently and all options are explained to you, there aren't surprises regarding your visit. All dealership team members treat you with courtesy and respect, work is done as agreed upon and your car is returned to you in the same condition it is dropped off. Eli was my service advisor and he was very thorough explaining my service options and keeping me updated about the status of my service. He showed the same level of courtesy and enthusiasm from start to finish. Waiting the customer area there is coffee and bottled water, comfortable seats, cell phone chargers, tv and WiFi. In conclusion, I was handed off to the cashier at the end of the service, she was as friendly as the rest of the staff, I've never had a negative experience at Tri-City Ram when servicing my Ram truck and I look forward to my next visit, I encourage you to do the same. I was given the opportunity to provide feedback and I gladly took the opportunity to do so. Too many people provide feedback or are critical when they have an issue or experience a problem. I hope to continue to receive the level of service that Tr-City has provided to me, going to the auto dealer for service doesn't have to be a drag.

I actually had to take time off of work, go to the dealership and personally get on the phone and order my own engine!!! Go somewhere else!! A technician at Nelson was able to open the cover, showed us where the manual override was located in the back cargo area (helped diagnose the issue since the manual override did not work, so probably cable running between actuator and locking mechanism).
