I would like to express my gratitude to Triangle Dentistry for making my recent visit comfortable and dare I say enjoyable. The entire staff from the front office to the assistants were unbelievably warm and accommodating. An accident necessitating a lot of dental work when I was younger caused me to develop a severe dental phobia and frankly dread dental visits. Recently an issue caused me to see out care and an introduction to Triangle Dentistry. Dr. Smith and his assistant Dianne explained the procedure, and more importantly in my mind, what I wasn't going to feel putting all my fears to rest. Dr. Smith and his assistant Dianne did an unbelievable job working as a team, and interacted not only with each other but with me during the procedure which calmed my anxieties. They make a great team and their confidence gave me confidence which was huge. Dianne's calm, positive and professional demeanor allowed me to relax in the chair for the first time in many years. For the first time in many dental visits, I felt like I was an active participant with control and not just a body "in the chair". I can't express my gratitude to Dr. Smith, Dianne and team for making me comfortable, allowing me to get past my anxieties and providing topnotch care. My experience at Triangle Dentistry on March 6th was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was met with unprofessional behavior from the receptionist. Despite my information being on file, I was asked to fill out redundant forms. Without my reading glasses, I requested they use the existing information, but the receptionist rudely insisted, leading to my departure without treatment. Adding insult to injury, I was later billed a $50 cancellation fee for an appointment I didn't cancel. Multiple emails to the office manager, Leigh, went unanswered, reflecting a lack of care for patient concerns. While the dentists and hygienists have always been professional, the receptionist's repeated rudeness and the office's failure to address the issue have driven my family and me to seek dental care elsewhere. I hope Triangle Dentistry improves its customer service to prevent others from experiencing the same frustration. read more

I have been a patient at this office for years, and they have always treated me like family. First of all, the text notifications days before an appointment are always a great reminder that I have an appointment coming up! When I am there, they always ask me how my family members have been (by name), and do great work. Never have I ever been stuck by a tool, annoyed by a long wait, or left alone without feedback or work being done to my teeth. Merrilee is my favorite, and has been cleaning my teeth for years. I had my last appointment ever with her this Tuesday, and will miss her friendly chatter and smile. I love how efficient they are, and how they are more than happy to answer questions about nightguards, whitening procedures, receding gumlines, etc. I have been a happy customer here for years, and plan on remaining one for many years to come! read more

Hi, my name is Allison Reynolds and I have been working at Triangle Dentistry for almost 14 years. Not only do I work here but I am also a patient, along with my husband and daughter. Our treatment has been top notch and Dr.Tart is so gentle that my daughter trusted her enough to have a filling done with no anesthetic!!! My husband and I have been using this friendly dental practice for the last 14 years and have been seen by all three of the dentists. Each one of them is very personable and thorough and the treatment we have received has been excellent which includes fillings, crowns, extractions and implants. Anne, one of several hygienists, whom we have seen since starting there is excellent as are the rest of the staff who are very competent and friendly. It says a great deal when the turnover of the staff is very low. All in all it is a very clean, pleasant and friendly environment and we have no problem in recommending this dental practice. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Smith for over 15 years (started with Dr. Povlich when he was in the practice) and have recommended their practice to anyone who would listen. I'm extremely difficult to numb, but Dr. Smith has always made me feel incredibly comfortable. I travel extensively for work and am now in Charlotte, but it's worth the drive (and was worth the flight when I was travelling out of the country every week). Upon moving to Raleigh in 1995, I immediately sought out recommendations for a good dentist. It's 22 years later, and Triangle Dentistry is still my dentist! I particularly love Dr. Tart and her fresh, friendly, energetic nature. I trust her implicitly and have recommended her to several friends. Dr. Smith, the other Drs.,nurses and other employees are absolutely wonderful!! They have worked with me like they were my best friends!!! They also work well with my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter who loves them all... They seem to treat everyone very special and their service is great.
