Colin presented a few minutes early (after having texted a notification of his arrival time) and proceeded to climb the 30+ft to the roof. We watched as caked leaves and debris rained down from above, strategically thrown to avoid any of our numerous garden beds and planters. He was fast and thorough, cleaning up all of the debris from the roof...even blowing off the driveway, patio, and front walk! he was extremely professional, explaining what he found and recommendations for future cleanings. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend TUP to anyone needing gutter cleaning service. Bill Sword came over the same day I contacted him and proposed replacing all the siding with Hardi Siding, repairing all damaged trim/window sills (with PVC as required), replacing front gutters and painting. Bill's estimate was fair/reasonable compared to the other estimates (I got 4 others). He took us to visit some of the jobs he had in progress or had just completed and we were able to speak directly to the owners. Bill's crew was able to start earlier than promised and completed the work in the promised window, even accommodating a short vacation we had planned during the project. The crew was extremely professional and efficient. The quality of work was excellent. I feel that the exterior of my home is better than when it was new. After a few weeks there were a few minor things (I stress minor) we noticed, contacted Bill and he sent a crew out and fixed everything. It's not often I write reviews, but I was extremely happy with not only the work that was done on my home, but how easy Bill made it for us. I would recommend him and his crew without hesitation.

I remembered how great of an experience I had two years ago and hoped I could get him to come back. I've had other painters come in between those years due to 4A being booked on the days I needed. All of those times, I felt a weird feeling in my gut or the other painters just didn't do a good job. This time, I was PRAYING I could get 4A to come in so I didn't have to bring someone else, lol. Luckily, he was able to come the next day (a Saturday morning on his wife's birthday!!) to give me a quote. He then came the following week to remove the foam and paint. Reliable, insanely well mannered, respectful, clean, and of course, great skills-- above and beyond. I cannot say that enough. Last time, he painted more than he needed because he saw what other painters have done. This time, not only did he remove the horrible sticky foam and painted the room beautifully, he also reinstalled hooks that were basically falling off and loose. He was able to finish the job on all walls in one day. This is the only company I would go to. I highly recommend!

ZERO STARS When you make an appointment, the company will NOT tell you what they charge for the labor rate up front. So the company is hoping that you are stupid enough to assume Blanchard's Plumbing is a fair company. They told me, "It is the customer's responsibility to ask about the labor cost". So, if you assume they are a fair price, which I mistakenly thought, you will be wrong. They are an OVERPRICED company and NOT WORTH your time or money dealing with Blanchard's plumbing. The company purposely does not divulge info up front, because they know you will just hang up the phone. Check their work BEFORE they leave your house. The company hires people with NO EXPERIENCE, TRAINEES, who will come to your house. They said one person is for liability purposes. So I pay for two people's labor charges? Even though ONLY one person was working, while the other person just watching the whole time, doing nothing ! Again, like a fool, I did not check the quality of their work before they left the house. However, I paid for their time and labor I see replies to this message from people who said, years ago they were satisfied with Blanchard's quality and price. If that is true, then I am happy for you. Maybe others were satisfied in the past, but maybe times have changed. I went back to visit Blanchard Plumbing IN PERSON, I kindly asked them, "Could you come back to the house and fix this simple issue of the Fill Value?" Their response to me was hostile and gaslighting. They rudely said, "We do NOT guarantee our work." I had to hire another plumber to correct the issue with the three toilets. I could not have been nicer to these people. But now I am thinking, "Are you kidding me?" Of course, you do NOT guarantee your work, because you are not sure whether the workers will do a good job. I'm sure many years ago, Mr. Blanchard did quality work at a fair price in the past. But like I say, times have changed and gone downhill. The next morning by 9 am I was notified an installer was on his way. I got a verbal quote while Caesar was there and an emailed quote later that day with a follow up call. Service was performed by 1 the next day and completed in just over an hour. Caesar did a great job and was clued into exactly how I wanted the project to look. They even had the same color as my taupe 25 year old gutters. Quick, professional service with great follow up. Also the best price compared to others.

Really shoddy work and just terrible. They also repitched the gutters to the extreme just dropping the ends to make quick work of it and so they look terrible. They then left out gutter wedges that I then had to call them about and convince them to come back out to put back in. They said via phone I wasn't missing any but I was standing under my gutters at the time and looking up at the gutters and could see them missing. The crew also left garbage from the project around my house. The scrap from cutting out the gutters for downspouts was just left on the ground, the park of the deck they cut out they just dropped on the ground. Really really poor quality work overall.
