They typically play EDM and Top 40 music that are usually mixed very nicely. However, music does vary depending on the week. I usually come around during Fridays or Saturdays which is usually the busiest times during the week. Helpful to know if you're the type of person who enjoys the crowd energy! ALSO, if you're a graduate student like moi who may be stuck in Pullman for the summer, Etsi Bravo can be the best bet for being at least decently busy when students are gone. And the food was all homemade, from the fantastic biscuits, they were light and and melt in your mouth wonderful. The gravy was made from scratch (I know because I make great gravy and I know what the good stuff is!) . I also had a burger and a fish sandwich for lunches both were great. The fries were awesome! And the tasty berry cherry pie that went to my host for his dessert one day was much enjoyed. It's such an awesome place, I say it's worth a drive to check it out.
