Parking is a breeze, as there is a parking lot in front of building, although it is a shared lot. It may take you a while to check out on Saturdays because it can get really busy. My prescription changed a bit this year. So I had to get new glasses. I was able to take my time choosing the lenses that I wanted. The staff also answered my insurance questions. So I was able to get the glasses that I wanted without a surprise charge. Overall, I enjoy coming to this location and I really like Dr. Shaeffer and the friendly staff.

I was transferred to Callahan West and was quickly given an appointment for the next day at the University location. Very good customer service Callahan West. Upon arrival, I was able to drop my mother off in her wheelchair in the drop off lane while I parked. The check in experience was pleasant. The waiting room was comfortable on the 4th floor. There was a 45 minute wait time, probably because of last minute scheduling. The entire process was about 2.5 hours. Overall the service was good. I would go back.

Not only did the receptionist put me at ease, but the doctor provided tons of feedback, solutions, and prescribed a regime that cleared it right up. A few weeks later my boyfriend and I returned for an eye exam. My boyfriend is legally blind and has trouble with optometrists in the past, but he loved Red Mountain Eye Care. They were friendly, easy-going, and really listened to the problems he was having with his vision. I would highly recommend this great practice!

It's always easy to make an appointment and they have a good selection of glasses and contacts. They take their time and answer any questions you may have. And when my contact shipment was running a bit behind schedule they made sure to give me extra pairs to get me through until my shipment arrived. If you have bad vision, like myself, you know how important it is to find a place that's caring and always willing to help when needed. I found that in this place. After over six weeks of antibiotics that didn't help being given a transplant makes no sense to me. And then being discharged with only more antibiotics, with nothing to help with pain is crazy.
