She started tone-policing me, telling me to "lower my voice" just to make it look like I was the aggressor, when they were the ones mistreating me. They even called people from the back to "gang up" on me, creating an incredibly awkward and hostile atmosphere. ​Between the gaslighting, the untrained cashiers, and the broken pickup boxes, this store is a total mess. Management is the biggest problem here; they would rather pick a fight with a customer than do their jobs. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location. ​However, I would like to thank, from the bottom of my heart, the employees who go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.
