My mom asked the server advised the tomatoes in the salad were "on the vine", they came sliced. We requested extra green beans, the server pointed to the green beans in the salad and brought extra caper berries for $2.50. Although the salad was so colorful, it seemed very small and didn't justify the price. When the manager asked how everything was, we explained the good/bad, he defended his waiter, did not seem interested in actually knowing about our experience and then told us to come back and ask for him, to see what he could do. Unfortunately, I would never do that and sadly probably won't return. It is a very cute place and I hope they figure things out.

The Caesar salad was also fine, but very small compared to other places I've been for dinner. We ordered family style and got the carbonara and the penne alla vodka. The pastas were room temperature and extremely small portions considering the prices. We also ordered the Delmonico, and the first one came out well done when we'd requested medium. The waiter was nice and had them remake it, but it took an additional 30 minutes -- and by the time it arrived, everyone else had finished their entrées, and they brought out a completely rare steak. This restaurant is beautifully decorated, and probably the biggest waste of money I've seen, considering they can't even cook a steak properly.
