I did visit this business while searching for landscaping ideas and alternatives. Though, I did not purchase anything. After a fair amount of research I found the location and pricing best fit my objectives. Upon visiting the business we were greeted and offered assistance. The staff were very helpful in helping us to understand the pros (and cons) each choice of material. The yard and office are well organized and very tidy. Business are like people. Ordered 3.5 ton of stone. Once we had it spread out, we noticed that there was pink and brown rock throughout. We ordered Salt & Pepper. Pictures on the website did not show any pink or brown. A call to Bayshore was made and after speaking with a Supervisor, it was requested that I send pictures. I also invited them to come take a look. Sent pics where I had picked out brown stone and placed it next to the pink stone. Obvious difference. I also sent a pic of part of the garden clearly showing the brown stone. They asked for a full pic of the garden, assuming, I guess, that I doctored the pics. I sent 2 more pics and 2 additional email requesting their opinion. I NEVER received anything back. So disappointing! First, Jose charged me $150 for delivery and I had to have him change it as it was only supposed to be $110. Then I received what I believe to be a less expensive stone and was charged for a more expensive stone. This company was in no way interested in even trying to discuss this. Sent what was requested by Bayshore, suggested several times they could come and look for themselves and several emails to Jose about their decision and no response. We had a great experience with Bayshore Concrete. We bought several loads of pea rock and fill dirt as well as brick border. They were very helpful and loaded us really fast. We thought they were reasonably priced for the items that we bought. read more

Ordered some pebble/gravel material for my driveway based on a sample they had in a tray showing what it consisted of and they delivered pure sand with no pebbles or gravel. I went back and complained and showed them the obvious difference between what they represented and what they delivered but they have refused to do anything about it. This company is dishonest. Do not buy anything here. I will be taking them to court. read more
