I purchased a car and the car was no good just 1 day after purchase. It shakes violently, the engine jumps during gear shifts the list goes on the car is unsafe to drive. I had an independent inspection done proving it is a lemon vehicle. Tri Color Auto's customer service is terrible: fake corporate, agents lying, stalling repairs to miss refund deadlines, illegally charging me for insurance, and mishandling my down payment. They refused to be held accountable or resolve the issues fairly. Numerous complaints against Tri Color Auto are surfacing online, and even the lot that held my car warned me they were scammed. Do not trust this dealership. They are deceptive, unprofessional, and dangerous. Bottom line: Avoid both the car and Tri Color Auto at all costs. Es una gran estafa. Compras un auto, solo cubren motor y transmisión. Un trato muy bonito a la hora de comprar el auto, después que sales del concepcionario comienza tu pesadilla. Compré un auto hace dos meses, un Chrysler 300 para ser más preciso. Antes de cumplirse los 2 meses, ya el auto se encuentra en el taller por más de 4 días, por rotura del termostato, sensor de temperatura y el sistema eléctrico para abrir el depósito de gas. Todas estas piezas, si las buscan en el mercado al precio más elevado, no hacen un monto de 250 dólares, pero el taller de Tricolor, me cobra 850 dólares por la reparación de estas partes, ya que la compañía de Tricolor, solo cubre motor y caja de transmisión. They sold me a car with a broken water pump. Check engine light turned on not even 30 minutes after I purchase and drive off the lot. I think they clear codes before you buy. Also I'm not sure how it passed inspection with all the problems it has. I pay almost $600 a month for a car that they sold me and I have to fix it right after I buy it? Ridiculous. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I was sold a lemon car by ganas yeah, and was told everything was fine I thought I had purchased a extended warranty, but I didn't. Not only that but they never gave me my warranty when I drove off with the car. Then I was sent to the wrong location to get it serviced because the check engine light came on, so I had to wait for five days to get into the actual service shop which I also write only one star. Please if you need a car do not go to any of Tricolor Automessage ever ever ever worst experience of my life. I am a first time Financer, which I've never Financed or bought a car from a dealership ever in my life. So the fact that I've put more money into this car since the day I put down on it which was May 28 of 2020, I have had nothing but issues. The receipt from the service center says that they replaced a bunch of things, yet I have the car now in a different shop which is family owned and everything that is popping up on their car reader for the codes, is everything that the service center said they replaced which they did not. I went to the one on tidewell and 45n. I purchased a car with then and within 10 days in have this Nitro Jeep the breaks go out. Thank God nothing happened to me or my family. A months later Mr Ibarra calls me and says sorry for the inconvenience we took so long in your case. But you don't have to give a penny. Cuz our mistake laying ass man. The manger there Ignacio gives me a call saying that I have to give a down payment to another car. That is not fare I just got this car from y'all in ten days breaks go out I could of died or hurt someone thank God it didn't but this people don't to to give me my money back. And when i went to the mechanic shop from tricolor there's was a lot of cars in repair there was this one man trying to get his money back cuz his car didn't start the next morning he got his car. Went got myself a awesome car with low mileage!! My sales person Victor was great It was my first time buying a car and he made the process super easy for me and explained everything. A+ on his customer service although I was in a rush everything worked out in a timely manner.
